“Please be my husband!” She said as she repeatedly bowed her head to convince the man in front of her.

The man looked at her like she grew two heads and couldn’t believe what she just asked him.

“Please Sajang-nim, I know I’m in no position to ask you a favor but please.” Desperation can be heard n her voice.

“Out!” He said, his voice is booming all over the room.

“Sajang-nim Kwon! Please be the father of my child!!” She said again bowing repeatedly.

“Are you out of your mind?! Go out before I fire you!”

“But….”

“Out miss Park! I said out!!” He said rubbing his temple.

Unbelievable, his employee, Dara Park just asked him to be her husband and the father of her child? Who in their right mind will do that?

“So how did it go?” Chaerin, her officemate and best friend asked her.

“Negative, he thinks I’m crazy and will fire me sooner or later.” She said taking her seat.

“You could’ve just asked someone else you know?” Her best friend suggested.

“He’ll be the perfect one. What can be the more believable excuse for not showing up in front of his child after 5 years? Of course business!! And he shouldn’t be any other businessman, he should be really busy. Like Kwon Jiyong there.”

“You can ask someone to pretend to be a busy businessman.”

“Oh come on! I’ve been telling my child that the father is a very busy person and a CEO of a company so he got no time for us. At least some assets of that make-believe father will be true.” She said frustrated.

“I still got a week, I won’t give up. I don’t care if he fires me after. At least I tried and gave my best for my child.” She said determined.
