■ Pending: Pending means that your request has been received but has not been started. It will be coded as soon as possible.
 

■ Processed: Processed means that your layout is in the process of being coded. You may ask one of the coders the progress of your layout.
 

■ Completed: Completed means that your layout is, of course, completed and is ready for pick up.

■ Rejected: Rejected means that your layout has not gone through. You might have possibly filled in the request form wrong or that you didn't follow the rules. You may ask a coder why you were rejected, we would be happy to help you. You would also be able to file a request again, if you didn't break any severe rules.
