Freedom of the Lovers (Repost)Chapter 9
"So, where did you & Yunho go last night?" Jaejoong tried to sound casual as he bit into his food mindlessly, "To the beach I guess. Anyway, I’m going out today so won't be home." Tiffany said, making Jaejoong looked up anxiously.
"Where are you going?" Jaejoong asked, regardless of the questioning look on Tiffany’s face.
"Somewhere so don't be noisy." Tiffany replied, & soften when she thought Jaejoong is worried about her, "Don't worry, I'm going with Yunho. Plus, I can take care of myself. Okay, since I cooked breakfast, you do the dishes. Bye." Tiffany said, as she left, unaware of a trouble-hearted Jaejoong.
‘Tiffany? Yunho? That can't be.' Jaejoong thought darkly, 'But it is possible. Tiffany is an attractive girl & Yunho is a free man so anything could happen between them. I can't let this happen, not...not...not when I'm in love with Tiffany.' Jaejoong realize shockingly & immediately stood up, 'I have to confess to Tiffany now but first, I have to deal with Seohyun. Nothing will happen yet, since Yunho & Tiffany barely met.' Jaejoong thought, & made up his mind to go talk to Seohyun.
Seohyun stared at the phone confusingly & felt a prick of fear at the corner of her heart when she realized that Jaejoong might be wanting to break up with her. She walk back & forth panickingly until a solution came into her mind, all thanks to a TV show called ‘A Trust of a Lifetime’. She quickly ran into the bathroom to wipe off all the makeup on her face & started poking at . When she emerge again, to look at herself in the mirror, she could hardly recognize herself & before she could smile in satisfaction, the bell rang.
"Seohyun! It's me, Jaejoong!" Jaejoong yelled, when suddenly the door open to reveal fragile looking Seohyun, "Jaejoong Oppa." Seohyun muttered, & before she could talk any further, she fainted into Jaejoong’s arms, "Seohyun! Seohyun!" Jaejoong yelled, as he quickly picked her up & ran towards her room. After putting a wet towel on her forehead & tucking her into bed securely, Jaejoong sighed worriedly.
"Oppa." Seohyun said, as she reached out for his hand who’s also grasped around hers worriedly.
"Are you okay, Seohyun? You seems very sick." Jaejoong said, as Seohyun started to cry.
"I...I don't want to die Oppa, I'm too young!" Seohyun wailed, as she sat up to grasped Jaejoong into her embrace.
Shocked, Jaejoong started to smothered her mid-back length black hair, "What are you talking about, silly? You are still so healthy & strong." Jaejoong comforted, though his heart felt deeply troubled.
"No! I don’t! The doctor said that I have cancer! I don't have long to live!" Seohyun cried, making Jaejoong freeze in her arms.
"What? Are you sure?" Jaejoong asked, as he made Seohyun faced him.
"Of course! I...I only have one more year to live but there's a lot I haven't done yet! I'm too young!" Seohyun wailed, & held onto his neck pitifully.
"I can't believe it. I'm so sorry, Seohyun. I." Jaejoong said, but Seohyun quickly cut him off.
"Oh, I love you so much, Oppa. I have always wanted to be your child's mother, I have always wanted to live the rest of my life with you. Can you...Can you help me fulfill my dream for my last year, Oppa?" Seohyun begged shamelessly, as Jaejoong quickly let go of her in alarm.
"Seohyun, I...I have something to tell you." Jaejoong started but never had the chance to finish it.
