The rumor started earlier this morning when K-netizens claimed that they had seen the two together with We Got married crewman and directors. Various photos were released and 'BaekU on We Got Married' even trended in twitter! Would you, if the rumor is true, support the new couple?
[UPDATE] After some hours, SM Entertainment confirmed the rumor by posting in their official Facebook account, "Please support EXO's Baekhyun and IU in We Got Married. The two have filmed two episodes already and have made drastic progress in the show. EXOU Fighting!" LOEN also responded albeit they preferred their twitter and I quote, "Please support our 'Good Day' dreamer IU and her new virtual husband EXO's Baekhyun! We will assure you that they will give you the ride of your lives. #BaekUOnWeGotMarried" A staff from the said show contacted us and made a surprising announcement that, "Yes it's true. BaeU is the newest couple in the show! Baekhyun and IU are the pair that can be compared to Ga In & Jo Kwon since they both know each other although only by name plus the last couple Jung Joon Young & Jung Yoo Mi since they bicker a lot. Please support them as they have the most potential as far as I can see."
