Can’t Live

Baekhyun walked in circles.

“I told you, Yeol! You don’t need to know everything about what I do, what I like, what I wear, where I go or anything! Because I’m here! I’m here, okay?”

Chanyeol fumbled with his sweater.

“I’m sorry, Baek. I just don’t want to lose you. Don’t wanna lose someone so close to me and who’s making me feel wanted and loved.”

Baekhyun stopped walking, and settled to sit on the sofa.

“I told you Yeol. I have a life. I’m not someone who will always go online to tweet or blog and stuff, I’m not those people who can’t live without having with each other. I’m not someone who’s dependent. Yeol, I can live without you. Besides, if I left, there’s Chen. I can’t live without my Jongdae. He has been here for me for god knows when so I need to give back. Yeol, I love you. But Jongdae has been here at my side for years.”

Chanyeol couldn’t take it anymore. He stood up, with tears in his eyes, and started to talk, which came out as a whisper, for he had raised his voice a plenty of times his voice could barely whisper.

“Baekhyun, you don’t understand! YOU DON’T ING UNDERSTAND! I love you more than anything, Baek! Yes, I haven’t been here for you since birth, I’ve been here for only a few years, but god damn it, Baek! You made me a better person! Without you I wouldn’t be here, still living. You are my lifesaver. Just like those fans who have dedicated themselves to bands or boybands because through their music, they are still breathing! Damn it, Baekhyun! I can’t live without you. I’ll be miserable without you. I’ll be a rose who will wilt because its only source of living is gone. it, it may sound cheesy, but who cares? It’s for you, baby, and I’d do anything just for you to stay.”

Chanyeol looked at Baekhyun, who looked stunned. Baekhyun didn’t know he meant everything for Chanyeol.

“Even if it means offering my life.”
