The Do family is one of richest family in L.A, Mr. and Mrs. Do has two sons Junmyeon the oldest,he likes to obey all his father's orders in order to become a fine and succesful man his father wanted him to be,the next son is Kyungsoo. They live as a very happy family who always go on a trip and do something fun, Kahi and Siwon was the name of their parents, they really loved each other very much.

"Kyungsoo-ah don't come near the lake!"Kahi ordered to his 7 years old son

"Ok Mom!"they were now near a lake for a family picnic,it's or their family bonding so they didn't brought a bodyguards or drivers.

"Dad! what are you doing??" Junmyeon asked curiously at his father who is doing something at the barbeque grills

"Can you help me here…?"Junmyeon only nod as a response, while they were fixing the grills the mother is now watching his adorable son playing from afar

"Kahi i will go to the nearest store to buy us some coals ok??" Siwon said to his wife

"Ok! take care!" Kahi said while waving and smiling at his precious husband until he was out of sight and turned his gaze back to Kyungsoo.

"Darling be careful ok!"

"Ne..Mom I wi-" before Kyungsoo could finish he suddenly slipped and out of balanced, he fell in the lake, Junmyeon and his mother started running and panicking

"Kyungsoo!!" Junmyeon shouted he tries to jump in the water but his mom stop him saying it's too dangerous

"I will jump in ok!" Junmyeon only nodded,the mother jumped in and tried to reach her son's hand

"Hang in there baby..ok??"

"Mom save me!!" Kahi finally caught his son's hand and pulled him,they were about to climb out of the water when Kahi got hit in the head by a large branch only Kyungsoo managed to get up because of his mother's help before she got hit by a log.

Siwon returned with bag of coals and other stuff on his hand while humming their favorite song, he saw his two sons crying and hugging each other near the lake,he noticed that Kyungsoo is soaked and his lovely wife is no where to be seen, he suddenly started to feel nervouse.

"Oh no.." Siwon throw away the bags and run to his sons

"What happened?!" the brothers couldn't answer because of their crying

"Where's your mom?!" Siwon said while shaking Junmyeon harshly

"Mom disappeared in the water,he tried to save Kyungsoo and got hit by a large log" Junmyeon said,Siwon felt his heart ache eyes becoming teary and body feels numb, he lost his most precious thing in his life

"KAHI!!!!" Siwon brokedown and started crying hysterically

A few months have passed their father is still keep searching and searching their mother until their Siwon got tired instead build a tombstone with Kahi's name was carved on it and a beautiful statue who looks like Kahi is on top of it, it was placed on their garden. Junmyeon and Kyungsoo pitied their father,he always go to the places him and Kahi went together and started crying, as time passed by,their father started to change he's always angry at his two sons and devoted his life on work,he often force his sons to do things against their will, their father started to act mean and strict to them,One time, it's Siwon's birthday so Kyungsoo decided to give his father a present he went to his office to give his gift but he only received yelling and scolding while seeing his gift being thrown in the trash can in front of him, it breaks his heart.

"We are a broken family aren't we??" Kyungsoo asked his hyung with his sad face on

"No!no...maybe.."Junmyeon said to his younger brother they always chat before they go to sleep, they sleep in a same room though

"Why is he like this to us hyung??"

"I guess he's just too tired..?"

"He started to act mean to us when Mom died, i guess his blaming me for mom's death" Kyungsoo said while fiddling his fingers, he always do that when he was about to cry

"No! no one blames you" Junmyeon stood up from his bed and went to his brother to comfort him

"I miss mom, i miss our parents hyung..." Kyungsoo started crying and hugging Junmyeon tight

"I miss them too".

-9 years later-

Today Kyungsoo is going to celebrate his 16th birthday, Junmyeon is planning to throw a party for his precious younger brother.

"Kyungie! today is your birthday yet your not happy?!" Junmyeon said, he is talking to his brother while eating lunch together.

"It's just birthday and it's meaningless anyway"

"Is it because of father??" Junmyeon asked while patting his brother's back

"Today father is going back from Korea he will be there in your birthday party,i promise" Kyungsoo only forced a weak smile

The party started in 10 PM, everyone was enjoying the party while Kyungsoo waited and waited for his father to come,an hour have passed still no father to be seen,5 hours of waiting still no where to be seen until Junmyeon announced that the party is over cause he saw Kyungsoo is not enjoying it and wants to be alone.

"Are you alright Kyungie…?"

"as usual,he's not coming" Kyungsoo said while keep fiddling his fingers

"I received a call just a few seconds ago, he's secretary called he said that father's flight is delayed, so definitely he will be here tomorrow" Junmyeon said

"I get it! He don't' want to go to his wife's killer's birthday party!" Kyungsoo said while slamming his hand on the table hard and walked out,Junmyeon tried to stop him but decided to let Kyungsoo alone.

"I hate him!!" Kyungsoo is now in his room and start throwing his things in anger and depression, While Junmyeon is outside his brother's room, eavesdropping

"Why did he hate me so much?!Why!?" More shattering and slamming sounds was heard in Kyungsoo's room,so Junmyeon decided to speak to his brother

"Kyungie! are you alright? you can talk to me" Junmyeon offered

"No! I don't want, i want to be alone! please go away hyung!" In the end Junmyeon just walk away and let his brother, It's now morning Junmyeon woke up and saw his father in the dining room having a cup of coffee while reading a newspaper.

"Oh! hi dad, when did you got home??" Junmyeon asked

"This morning" Siwon said not even glancing at his son

"Um..Dad Kyungsoo is-" before he could continue Siwon already cut him off

"Looks like we got even more popular,by the way Suho say to Kyungsoo that to meet me in the office when he wakes up"

"Are you going to greet him??…"

"Oh..Maybe later but i need to talk to him immediately" Siwon said, Junmyeon then walked away from his mean father, he is walking upstairs when he saw Kyungsoo

"Kyungie father said, meet him in his office he got something to tell you" Junmyeon said

"What?! is he gonna make me do things again that is against my will?!" Kyungsoo said slight shouted

"No!..i don't know but you need to go now father is waiting" Kyungsoo hesitates for a moment then finally follow his brother's order and went to his father's office

"What is it that you want to talk about??"

"It's about our company, I want to make it more popular" Kyungsoo looked at him with furrow eyes

"Just get to the point father!"

"In order to make it more popular and successful, it will be a good hit in the industry and to the media if two big companies collided" Kyungsoo didn't speak a word instead focused on what his father was saying and let him continue

"You know my friend Mr.Kim the owner of Kim corporation and his son Jongdae, you meet him one time right??" Kyungsoo only nod

"You will marry his son Jongdae" Kyungsoo widen his eyes at his father's statement

"What!?, are you telling me to marry him just for popularity and money??!" Kyungsoo said pitch getting higher because of anger

"Yes,we will have a dinner with him and his family tomorrow, and I learned that Jongdae is interested in you" Kyungsoo can't take it anymore, he's so full of it he don't want his life to be controlled like this!,he doesn't even greet Kyungsoo before asking him to marry a gUyghur because of money and popularity, Kyungsoo rolled his fist and walk to his father's desk and slammed his hands hard on the desk, that cause Siwon to flinched

"NO..." Kyungsoo whispered

"WHAT?!"

"I refused!, I'm sick of it!, I'm sick of you who keep controlling my life!I want freedom father you didn't't even greet me first beforend speaking s about that company of yours!" Siwon didn't speak,he only stared Kyungsoo with his expressionless face and let him continue

"All this years! I've been your toy,your ing puppet! And I know that you hate me that much because of mother's death!" Siwon widen his eyes when Kyungsoo mentioned his wife, he stood up from his seat and slapped Kyungsoo hard

"You!don't ever mention her again!!" Siwon shouted at Kyungsoo, Kyungsoo tilted his head for a second and just smirk at his father because of his father's slap the end of his lips is now bleeding

"I knew it, I hate you!" Kyungsoo ran away and slammed the door hard and went to his hyung to cry in his arms, when he saw Junmyeon who is walking in the garden he quickly run to him and hugged him tightly causing Junmyeon to yelp in surprise

"What happened?? why are you crying??" Junmyeon asked, you will saw on his face how worried he is right now

"It's father he want me to marry Jongdae for the company" Kyungsoo states

"Jongdae?! do you mean Chen??" Kyungsoo nod as a reply

"Help me hyung, i want to go to Korea help me i want to get out of here please hyung..." Junmyeon hesitates at first but later give in, he can't afford to saw his brother suffering

"Ok, i will help you" Kyungsoo smiled at him and hugged him tightly

"You will escape tonight ok? when your already in Korea there is a person waiting for you there his name is Kris his my friend, he will help and guard you there and you will also live in his house, don't do stupid things ok? and always listen to him" Kyungsoo just nodded at his teacher/brother

"and also i will sent you to a high classed school you will go to that school as a scholar,don't worry i will sent you money secretly, be careful cause father will surely search for you,and one more thing don't let your true profile be revealed, don't let anyone know that your the youngest son of the Do family" Kyungsoo was very thankful that he has a brother like that

"Thank you Hyung! i will pack my things now and get ready for tonight, i love you hyung" Kyungsoo said while hugging again his brother tightly

"I love you too"

Kyungsoo is now busy packing up his things, he decided to leave a letter to his father before he leave, he placed it on Siwon's desk,then he went to his hyung's room to say goodbye and lastly went to the garden where his mom's tombstone is

"Mom..I miss you,please guide me in my decision, this is the only way mom,sorry..and i love you" Kyungsoo said to his precious mother's statue

Junmyeon woke up because of the loud noises, he went down and saw his father who is shouting to his men and throwing things on tge floor

"FIND HIM YOU MORONS!!"

"Dad what happened??"

"It's your idiot brother, he run away!!" Siwon said slight panting because of anger and throwning things

"What?!" of course Junmyeon need to act that he is surprised, so that his father will not suspected

"He left a letter it's in my desk read it!" Siwon ordered

Dear father

I don't even know if i will still call you father after this,but I decided to leave you and this prison cause i can't take it anymore, i need time and freedom, once you've changed your mind and opened up your heart i will come back i promise, for now i will leave you and hyung, goodbye and....I still love you.

"At last freedom!" Kyungsoo finally arrived in Korea,he's now searching for that Kris person

"Where is that Kris, i don't even know what he look like" Kyungsoo keep looking and looking until he spotted a handsome tall and blonde man holding a banner with his name on it, he looks like he is in Mid-20s, Kyungsoo walked to him

"Umm..are you Kris…? my brother's friend" Kyungsoo asked, the other is just looking at him with his face and only nod as a reply

"Ok..I'm Kyungsoo, so where are we going??"

"To my house,let's go to my car" Kris said while snatching Kyungsoo's luggage away from his hands and start walking to his car, following was Kyungsoo who keeps inhaling the fresh air
