Prologue
Come Back HomeOne.
Two.
Three.
Her consciousness is starting to drift away, far away.
“W-why?” She asks, her voice, weak and trembling.
She is slowly and painfully dying as she hears the person counts down the seconds of her death.
She is immobile.
Her body paralyzed.
Her heartbeat getting slower every second’s tick.
Her vision blurred as she looks up the white ceiling decorated with glow in the dark stars and moons colored in neon.
“Shh. It’ll be over soon.” The voice says, soft and caring. It was like she was being told to sleep.
This person… she refused to believe it.
She refuses the fact that this person is killing her.
“W-Why?” Her voice is almost mute, barely heard.
She is hurting too much, the loud throbbing of her dying heart that was filled with pain as she tries to struggle and breathe.
The pain of being betrayed.
The pain of the poison shutting her brain.
She didn’t want to die.
“P-please... D-don’t.”
The last words she could say before her voice is gone and her tongue has gone limp in her opened mouth.
Why?
Her vision was clouded with hot tears as she was losing her consciousness.
