"Are you scared?" Suyeon asked. Curiosity was running through her veins.

"If you're talking about dying," Kai took a short pause as he threw a bulky, small pill into his mouth. With a big gulp of water following that ( it was his third time taking one that very day ) "then I would just like to state that i'm not scared. I've never been afraid and I never will. But I will most definitely be scared if you were to leave my side."

He stared straight at Suyeon's pupils, leaving her starstruck. Suyeon quickly looked to the opposite side that Kai was positioned in as she blushed like a cherry blossom tree blossoming on a spring day. All Kai did was just smirk away.

Suyeon grabbed Kai's jar of pills as she placed it inside the cabinet across the white room. "You're so dumb. Thinking that I will actually leave you."

"You're being so cheesy right now that you're giving me a heart attack!" She said as she playfully fell onto the chair next to his bed and rested her hand on her heart. It was indeed beating at a abnormal pace. "Well, get ready. Treatment starts in the afternoon, Kai."
