I woke up and quickly stretched myself as a smile formed in my face. I happily skipped to the bathroom and dressed myself up for the day, I picked up some shorts a simple white shirt and orange sneakers but for not looking so plain I picked up a cream blazer and just placed a whitening cream on my face to look fresh. I walked downstairs to meet Yoora in the living room that stood up as she saw me.

“Good Morning ___________!” She said and I smiled at her

“Good Morning Yoora” I answered as I looked with my view for Chanyeol’s parents

“If you are looking for my parents they already left, they have to attend the café and the restaurant too” Yoora explain as I nodded

“What about you?” I asked and she smiled

“I am going to the salon and then do some exercise, want to join me?” She asked and in a moment we heard a stomp against the stairs

“Yah! I told you that I will take __________ to meet around and still you try to wreck my plans” A recently woke up Chanyeol said as his hair stood up everywhere

“Whatever, just be sure to go and lunch with Omma and Appa” Yoora said as she chuckled

I walked over to Chanyeol and poked his messy hair as he raised his eyebrow and I giggled and he understood what I was doing and he ducked down in embarrassment and quickly hurried upstairs as he yelled that he will be ready in 10 minutes.

“I didn’t thought you and Chanyeol were close” Yoora said as I nodded

“Chanyeol was very welcoming since the first day I arrived to SM, I am not saying all of the boys weren’t but he did a little more” I explained as she nodded interested

“What exactly did Chan do?” She asked patting the space in the couch next to me and I took the seat next to her

“Ah he made me laugh the first day I arrived with all his derp faces and even joked about how the fans called him dumbo because of his ears but it was cute. There was even one day when the electricity went out and he was with that like wolf pajama and he really made me laugh a lot” I commented remembering how funny it was that day

“Ah my brother surely is an expert on that” Yoora said laughing as I nodded at her

“I can’t even believe he invited you over, I bet it was out of the blue” Yoora said and I denied with my head

“It was weird, first Baekhyun invited me and then he did too but then Baekhyun backed off saying that I would do Chanyeol a favor to make his weekend different” I said as Yoora was in deep thought

“So it was Baekhyun then….” She said softly and I could barely hear her

“Sorry?” I called and she denied with her hands with an awkward laugh

“Ah it’s nothing, look there is Chanyeol” She pointed to the stairs and I turned around

Chanyeol walked over to me and pecked Yoora in her cheeks saying that we had a big schedule ahead of us and that we should leave now. I waved my goodbye to Yoora and walked out with Chanyeol as he guided me to the garage were two bicycles were waiting for us, he helped me get up on mine as we started cycling towards the destination he picked up.

“It is nice to go around without having to hide ourselves” Chanyeol said pedaling by my side as I nodded with a smile

“It is like we are just normal people” I said feeling the breeze against my skin and it felt good

We pedaled to a little outdoor mini shop near his house and he explained that they had the best peach tea and French toasts here so he wanted to share it with me. We let our bicycles on a safe place and took our seats near a tree and I was amazed by the view and started taking pictures.

“Ah this place is really pretty” I said and looked at Chanyeol who was distracted looking to the side

He dressed up really nice today with a striped shirt and light blue jeans with his black shoes and his hair was fluffy today. I smiled and took a picture of him as he was distracted and grinned at how good the picture came out but the sound of the camera took his attention.

“Huh, you took a picture of me?” He said and I nodded showing him his picture and he chuckled

“I really look handsome today” He complimented himself as I giggled at his usual confident self and asked me to send him the picture but I had a better idea

I uploaded the picture to my Instagram with the caption Mr. Park in deep thought I said as he looked at it and laughed and directly went to repost it in his Instagram with the caption Thanks to the photographer Ms. Kim and I showed him a thumbs up as my feed was flooded with likes.

“I forgot to mention it since Yoora was there and she would tease me but…you look even prettier than usual today ___________” He said and I lightly blushed by his compliment

“Thank you, you look handsome too” I said and showed him thumbs up

The waitress came and Chanyeol gave him our orders and she bowed and left to get ready with our orders. I started talking with Chanyeol and telling him about all my past experiences when I came to Korea with my parents.

“And I almost got lost in Myeongdong because of the Pororo doll, but it was too cute” I said slurping from my drink as he laughed shoving a piece of toast in his mouth

I couldn’t remember when the last time when I talked so comfortable to someone was but, Chanyeol made it so easy to talk with him, it was like if we met from years ago and just got reunited to recall our lives.

“I have went to America sometimes because of our concerts but I want to go in vacations so I can meet properly” He said and I nodded with a smile

“Well since you invited me here of course when I go back to Los Angeles you can come with me and I will be glad to show you around” I said and he sounded excited about the idea

After our breakfast was done it seemed like Chanyeol was a bit more hungry than usual so he ordered a piece of pecan pie and suggested to share it. When the waitress delivered the piece of pastry it only had a spoon but before we could ask for another she left to bring the bill.

“If you don’t mind tasting my germs” Chanyeol joked but I quickly took the spoon and ate the first bite

“Too late~” I sang and teasingly wave the spoon in his direction as he pouted like a cute kid

“Feed me, as an apologizing action” Chanyeol said with a cute grin as he opened his mouth and I couldn’t believe how identical to a child his actions were

I took a piece and looked at him who was pointing to his mouth as I denied with my head and carefully placed the piece of pie in his mouth and he tasted it with a big grin. I continue eating and feeding Chanyeol as my apology action when the waitress came back with the bill.

“This is your bill and if you allow me, you two make a good couple” She said with a bow and I widened my eyes at her statement

“Thank you” Was all Chanyeol said as he took the bill and the waitress left

“Very smooth” I said referring to the situation earlier and Chanyeol just looked at me to laugh

“We know we are not a couple and that is okay, since she is not media then there is no need to make a fuss about the misunderstanding” He answered taking his wallet out

He seemed so used to the situation when I wasn’t. I never had to deal with those comments since truthfully speaking, I was never with any idol or male friends since they always had that tight rule behind me about friendship being a big loss of my focus so I should keep it to the minimum. Chanyeol noticed my serious expression and he poked my cheek with a worried expression.

“If it makes you uncomfortable I can go and tell her” He said pointing to the waitress ready to get up

“No it’s okay, I was just thinking about what you said earlier” I dismissed him waving my hands

“Not to make a fuss about it?” He asked and I nodded with a little smile

“Yes, it is true what you said so we should not worry” I answered and he nodded pleased with my answer

After paying up for the food we went cycling again as Chanyeol showed me around town and I was on a special tour by the self proclaimed Great Guide Chanyeol so I should listen carefully to whatever he said.

“And in this park I used to come a lot with Yoora, she played Barbie dolls while I hang out with my friends at the swing” He pointed out trying to keep his bicycle steady

“I can imagine a cheeky Chanyeol going down the slide” I said as he looked at me with a fake offended look

“Are you saying I was chubby when I was younger?” He exaggerated a gasp

“Pictures don’t lie” I said joking with him as he moved his bicycle towards me almost making me fall as I scolded him
