Kim's Company is one of the biggest companies in Korea. Which controls the market of many industries.

However, Mr.Kim made a mistake by working with the gang to make more profit. He is now facing a crisis where the gang is blackmailing and threatening him and his family.

For his daughter's safety, his daughter has to leave her original school and their house.

He has found a young man who is a boxing champion to go to school with her and live with her in order to protect her safety.

- His mom died when he's very little

- His father was a boxer, he became violent towards him since his mother died

- Was forced to take the job of being Taeyeon's bodyguard as his father wanted the money

- Cold, hurt, but deep down he is warm hearted

- Grew up with Taeyeon

- Has a crush on Taeyeon since forever but acts like he's not serious about it

- His parents died when he was young

- He has an older brother who took after the Byun's Company when their parents died, and became a very successful young

- Was studying at ShinHwa High School but transferred to SoTic Community School because of Taeyeon

- loving, caring, warm and likable
