The Decisions Part 2.

I trust you, in the name of love ♥

I could feel the saliva all over my face - which by the way smelled terribly like--- “You're home!” I wanted to answer, but a giant sticky tongue was currently attacking my face. “Stop it, Ace!” What now had attacked me, had moved, and I could finally breathe normally again. Throughout the saliva-attack-in-my-face process, had my eyes been closed for fear of the stinking texture would get in my eyes. But now I could finally open them again. Everything about being nervous was completely forgotten when I saw the sight before me.

“A dog? You have actually brought a dog?” I asked him, and he just nodded and showed me his big smile. I looked down at the dog, and saw the little guy wag his tail quickly. I walked over to it and began its soft fur, and got a bark in response to my works. “Is it ours now?” He nodded, and squatted down to be the same level with me and the dog. “What kind of dog is it?” I looked at the little brown fur ball, and couldn't help but keep stoking it. “Border Collie.” I looked at him with wide eyes. “But don't they require a lot of exercise?” I saw him nod, “Yes, but it's one of the most intelligent dogs in the world, so he'd know what we do every morning and evening.” The last part was whispered in my ear, and I felt my cheeks blush. Why did he do this to me!

“We're going to have to spend lots of time to train it and be active with it!” He explained excited, and I just nodded with a broken smile which Jackson fortunately didn't notice. That would mean that I had to find many excuses each time work calls me. I had to get it to work in one way or another.

I looked back at the little dog that was now wagging his tail even more. It wasn't quite an adult yet, so I figured it was just old enough not to be dependent on its mother more. Its fur was chocolate brown and white, and its adorable little eyes shone up and were clear. And just why did I had to give him the idea of a dog? I didn't mind having such a sweet dog following behind me, but dog needs a lot of work to train and free time wasn't something I was going to have a lot of anymore, since I now am going to be working in the café.

“What have you named it?” I asked. “Ace.” I looked dumbfounded at him. “Ace? Seriously?” He nodded and got up. “I thought it sounded cool, and it fits well for a male dog, in my opinion at least.” I looked into the dog's eyes and could almost see it smiling at me. 'So you're called Ace, huh? Welcome to the family. I hope you will feel comfortable with us.'

I stood up and walked into the great room. I quickly noticed the dog bowls with dog food and water in, lots of toys around the whole room, and a large dog bed next to the couch in the living room. He had really thought of everything, and had actually taken my idea of a dog for good.

“So how much did you pay to get the little guy?” I asked and put my bag down on the couch before I jumped onto the couch myself. “I got him for free. When you talked about getting a dog earlier today, I remembered a friend from training who needed to get rid of it because they wasn't allowed have it in their new apartment. So I talked to him and got it immediately.” He went over and sat down on the couch at my feet. The dog came running up to him and started to fool around on the couch between us.

“Is it vaccinated?” He shook his head and began to play with Ace. “I figured we could give it its first vaccination tomorrow. We could go together after you've returned home? I'm home early tomorrow.” He explained to me. Okay, time to find an excuse Bambam! Come on, you can just sa--- “I'm attending soccer training with a friend of mine tomorrow, so unfortunately I can't.” Soccer seriously? SOCCER!!?? “Aha, I didn't know you had friends who played soccer?” He gave me a questioning look. He certainly knew that I was up to something, but chose to ignore it. “ He also only just started at it, so he asked me to come with him so he doesn't get nervous.” I tried to say confidently, but I could feel his prying eyes on me even though I looked away from him.

“Well, if you say so. I'll take him to the vet alone then. Just be sure you're home before it gets too dark... ” He leaned over me and slowly moved further up my body, which ended with me being trapped beneath him. “...We can't have other people getting their dirty fingers at you the wrong places.” He whispered the titillating words into my ear, and my whole face flushed up immediately but I didn't have the strength to push him away. (As always.)

“J-Jackson, we shouldn't do this now, I-I need to cook!” I got my back, pushed him softly but quickly of me and almost ran to the kitchen to quickly find ingredients and pots. “You forgot your apron.” He held it out to me from the chair where he sat with a smirk on his face. I took it from him and tried desperately to a tie it behind my back, but when I didn't tie it right after some time, I felt more hands take over, and tied it on me. I had actually expected a little he would let go of me, but no, this was his chance, when I was the most weak to resist him.

He held my waist, and planted small kisses along my neck. Each kiss made me feel like I floated on a cloud made of the finest cotton candy.

“J-Jackson. Stop, I have to cook.” I panted slowly. He giggled and I felt his soft hand touch my sensitive skin. I felt everything was going so slowly, but I liked it that way. We would never get as far as we would do that, but neither of us had said anything about it yet, I just wanted to avoid even the thought of it. (I was way too young to do that yet!)

“We can always order food.” His whisper blended with his warm breath met now my ear, and gave a completely new reflex that gave my body goose bumps. He turned me around so I could look up into his eyes as I felt his muscular chest beneath my palms. His one hand was still on my waist, but I felt it slowly move further and further down. His other hand was pulled to my hair where I felt his fingertips caressed my soft hair.

“Have I ever said how much I love you?” I was totally drained of words, and the only thing I could do was look into his eyes with pink cheeks. He gently pulled in my hair, and my head followed his movement. He pulled his own head closer to my neck, and began to slowly leave several kisses from my neck to my cheek. He pulled back a little, and removed both hands from my body before he placed then on either side of my red face. “Cute. ” I heard him whisper before I closed my eyes and felt his warm lips get caught on my own.

Jackson why are you always so gentle. My body can’t take all this love at once.

It wasn't a wild kiss, but a quiet and soft one. My favorite kind of kiss. We pulled apart to get air, but when we both opened our eyes just a bit, we couldn't stop to admire each other. Our foreheads softly touched each other, and our eyelashes met. It was the first butterfly kiss we've had in a long time. “You make me completely crazy. What would I do without you.” His words made me redder in the face than before. And I looked at him with my lips slightly open.

He grabbed my waist once again, and pulled me closer to his warm body. He looked into my eyes with honest yet dominant eyes; he looked down at my lips, and bit his own in a gentle way. He looked me in the eyes again, and grabbed my face in a slow move. Slowly he leaned in, and kissed me again.

“ WOOOF!” I face palmed. Oh yeah. My boyfriend decided to get the most intelligent dog in the world, what a great idea. I swear I saw a smirk on its face as me and Jackson pulled away from each other very fast. So now we knew our dog was a er. It just sat with half of its body over the sofa’s backrest, looking at us with droll out of its mouth. ‘Yes, definitely intelligent.’

“I’ll take him for a walk” “I’ll make us dinner.” I and my boyfriend said in unison. It was actually a bit awkward for both of us, and it was kind of weird. It was like we were two different persons every time we kissed and did romantic fluffy stuff, but we’ll always be awkward afterwards.

Jackson put the leash on our smirking dog’s collar, and took him for a walk, while I began to prepare dinner. I just mixed together some pasta and vegetables on a pan with some chicken meat. A simple dinner since I was too exhausted to make anything big. At least Jackson never says he dislikes my food. I have never been a big cook, but I learned how to make simple dishes very fast. And I also learned a bit from my mother when I was a kid.

‘Argh Bambam, don’t talk about things you don’t know about, remember? You have a new life, a new perfect life you should appreciate.’

‘… But I can’t help to miss her.’

“Yum! Smells so good!” Jackson cried out loud, and I giggled a bit when I heard his eager stomach grumble. I placed a large portion of the pasta mix on his plate, and I caught a small glimpse of some droll that were ready to run down his chin. I removed the tiny bit of droll with my thumb, and saw him already eating like there was no tomorrow. “Be careful not to choke.” I said, putting some food on my own plate. I began to eat slowly, enjoying the delicious taste of the few ingredients.

It went on like that until Jackson leaned back in his chair, his stomach full after the third portion. I was only finishing my first, and I was also feeling full already. “So what did you do today? You were home late.” I heard him ask, and I looked up at him. “I was in Myeongdong with one of my friends.” I said truthfully. I was in Myeongdong after all. “Then, what did you do there?” ‘Time to make excuses!’ “Well, what do people normally do there? We shopped of course.” He looked at me with a tiny smirk of his face. “Did you get me something?” He asked and I shook my head. “I forgot my wallet.” ‘Perfect lie!’

I saw him pout a bit but quickly changed back with a smile. “Which friend was with you?” He asked, smiling with closed eyes. ‘He gets jealous so easily.’ I smiled. “The one you’re always jealous about.” I placed my hands under my chin to copy his position, as I smiled back with the same method as him; with my eyes closed.

“What do you mean ‘jealous’?” I saw him making a fake hurt face, and I laughed out loud. “You’re so obvious. Every time I tell you about him, your face always gets so serious.”

“You know me too well!” He said dramatically. I grinned, and put my chopsticks down on my now empty plate. “I made dinner, so you clean.” I said, leaving to the bedroom to change my clothes. He said no more, and just began to collect the plates and putting them in the dishwasher.

I changed from my school uniform into an overlarge t-shirt and a pair of Sweatpants. My school uniform was too layered for me to walk around with a whole day. I heard the door open, and saw my lovely boyfriend walk in. He walked straight to me, took around my wrists, and threw me on the bed. I looked at him with a questioning look, and I was about to say something when he placed his index finger on my mouth to stop me. He crawled over me for the second time that day, but stopped and slowly got down beside me. “Let’s just cuddle, I’m tired.” He whispered. Oh yeah, sometimes I tend to forgot he’s training hard every day to follow his dreams. He’s tired, and here I am, only thinking about myself.

He pulled me into his embrace, and held me around the waist. I placed my hands on his muscular chest, and immediately his cologne met my nostrils, and my eyes began to drop. “I love you.” He whispered again. “I love you too.” I said back and soon I had fallen asleep.

“WOOOOF!!!” I fell out from the bed in under a second, and desperately tried to find out what had woken me, but I soon found out by the sticky texture being spread on my face. “Yah! Ace! Stop it!” I said, pushing the small dog away from me. I got up and went to the bathroom while hearing my boyfriend’s loud laugh. “It’s not funny!” I shouted, but he only laughed harder.

“Stupid dog! Waking me up in such an uncomfortable way!” I scolded the dog in a whisper while washing my face. Honestly, I was a bit angry. I first of all didn’t wish to get a dog in the first place (even though its’ puffy and cute), and the second thing is, that I don’t want such an uproar awakening in the morning!

“Hey, don’t scold the dog, he’s just a puppy, he doesn’t know any better.” Jackson said in a serious tone, standing in the doorframe. I looked up at him, me too having the serious face on. (But I was surprised that he already had changed his clothes.) “I know but I didn’t wish for this to happen!” I yelled in frustration. I know I was a little harsh, but I seriously thought he was the one at fault there. He could at least have asked me before getting a dog before just going ahead and buy it!

“Yah! Don’t talk to me like that!” He seemed to get a bit angry, having his arms crossed in front of his chest. “You started it!” I said, pointing at him. He pointed at himself, “Me?! I started it?! You were the one who started yelling all of a sudden! You know what? Just forget it!” He said, walking out of the house with Ace.

Tears quickly began to form in my eyes, and in less than seconds, many small teardrops had already fallen down my cheek. I slid down on the floor, and held my arms around my knees. The tears didn’t want to stop, but it wasn’t like I was trying to hold them back anyway.

It was our first ‘’fight’’ as a couple. It was weird; being angry at the one you love the most. But that happens to a lot of people, and a big part of those, breaks up with each other because they suddenly don’t love each other anymore. But… I still love him, right? I didn’t know, since this was all new to me. I almost didn’t know how to react, and it made me kind of confused.

Jackson still loved me, right? Minutes ago, he didn’t look like he did. And that made me very sad. Maybe I went too overboard? But he always tells me to be honest, and so I did. But can a person be too honest? Probably yes.

I sighed, tears still wetting my face. ‘Bambam, you aren’t a child, are you?’ I shook my head. ‘Then you should stop thinking and behaving like one. What would an adult do?’ I shrugged. ‘They talk about it and get over it after some time. Crying won’t help you get him back, you know.’

Even though my mind was right, I still couldn’t stop thinking like a child. I didn’t know if I truly still was a child. A child pretending to live an adult’s life. At that moment I believed I was, but I couldn’t do anything about it.

I dried my eyes and cheeks with my shirt, and got up from the floor. The tears had stopped, and a headache had formed in my head. A bad headache. Maybe that was what I got by not crying in over a year.

For the first time in a long period, my mind seemed to think about skipping school, just for today. And I actually liked the idea. I could just skip school, telling them I was sick, and go to work instead. Maybe working in the lovely café would keep my mind away from what happened between me and Jackson.

And that was how I ended up at Café Appetence at seven in the morning. I learned yesterday, that the opening time was 6AM in weekdays, and 7AM in weekends. At least I knew the opening and closing times, since making coffee wasn’t very clear in my mind. I stepped into the café, noticing a few people sitting here and there. I wasn’t actually supposed to there before after school, but I didn’t think it would be much of a problem if I came some hours earlier.

I walked to the desk, and the girl from yesterday was standing, looking at me with worried eyes. “Hi.” I greeted her.

“Why are you here this early?” She asked, and I smiled at her and felt my stomach growl a bit. ‘Oh yeah, forgot to eat breakfast…’ “Um, the school was closed.”

“Oh okay, if you say so. Well, you want to start earlier then?” she asked, and I nodded as a response. I went to the changing room, and changed to my new uniform.

Only she and another male co-worker were in the shop in the morning, so the other boy took over so the girl (whose name I found out was Jinae) could teach me the easiest ways to make the perfect coffee and smoothies.

“So after that, you just add a bit of caramel sauce to the latte. It’s easy, right?” She asked while she put a bit of caramel sauce on a perfect made caramel latte (My favorite). I noted everything in a tiny notebook she had given me. She was really nice, and very easy to talk to. She had been learning me for about an hour, and in just an hour we had had many funny conversations together. She was already a really good friend of mine.

“Okay, now I’ve told you about some different lattes, smoothies and some coffees, if they order something you don’t know about, then just say the order to the one in charge of the kitchen.” I nodded and smiled at her. “Now I think you’re ready to work!” She sounded excited. I chuckled and we walked out from the small kitchen together, to see the café filled with people. “You can take a break now.” She said to the boy, and the boy happily replied with a ‘thank you.’

Everything went fairly well. I got many compliments about how good I was at everything, and some of the elder ladies complemented me for my apparently good looking face. I always thanked my customers with the biggest smile I could serve, and everyone seemed to like it.

But everything changed, when a too familiar person stepped into the café.

“Jackson! What is he doing here?!” I whispered in shock to myself. I was standing in the kitchen, making a blueberry smoothie when he stepped into the café, face serious. ‘So he’s still upset?’ His face looked towards the desk, and I quickly hid behind a wall, just hoping he wouldn’t see me. If he saw me now, he would surely only get angrier at me.

I just hoped Jinae would take his order, and afterwards he would go out of the café again!

But of course, that didn’t happen. After Jinae had taken his order and made it, he sat down at a table close to the windows, and began texting on his phone. An awkward cough made my eyes travel away from him. “Um, I hate to interfere, but what are you doing?” The male coworker asked me, and I began blushing from embarrassment. “I-I just, Um, forgot something, yeah!” I said, walking back to the blueberry smoothie. I finished making the smoothie, and gave it to the one who had ordered it.

The person thanked me, and I bowed back. This was very bad! The café was usually quiet, but it was like everyone was quieter than usually. Jinae had left to take the kitchen charge, so I was all alone at the desk. I just hoped he wouldn’t look up from his phone!

Suddenly a new customer came to the desk. I really wanted to whisper what he wanted, but of course I couldn’t get myself fired on the first day of work.

“Hi, I would like an Americano and a slice of carrot cake, please.” The man sad smiling to me, and I answered a quiet ‘yes.’ He paid, and got his order a while later. I couldn’t help but look over at Jackson’s direction, but oh I shouldn’t have done that.

I got eye contact with him, but he didn’t do anything. He just sat there while looking at me every time I did something. It was a little uncomfortable, having someone watching you all the time. I just wanted to dig a hole and hide in it to stop him from looking at me.

About half an hour was like that. Him looking at me, me trying to look away. Sometimes he would check his phone for messages, but that wasn’t very often. My stomach suddenly began to growl again, and I just patted it, trying to make it stop. But I began feeling dizzy after a while and I mentally slapped myself for not eating or drinking before going out of the house.

“Are you okay?” I heard Jinaes voice ask me, and I looked at her direction, confused by her question. She suddenly came up to me, and placed her right hand on my forehead. “You’re a bit warm, and you’re very pale. Please take a break, okay? Get something to eat and drink.” She said to me, pushing me into the changing room to rest a bit. I sighed, trying to make the dizziness go away

I ate a sandwich and drank a lot of water until I began to regain myself. I had been sitting in the changing room for a while now, just looking around the bright room. The door opened, and Jinae walked in, worry filled eyes. “Are you okay again?” She asked, and I nodded in response. “It’s my own fault for forgetting to eat before I left home.”

“Nope, that might be my fault.” Both I and Jinae looked towards the doorframe, and I saw Jacksons concerned eyes looking into mine. “Jackson…” I said, felling like crying. “You two know each other?” Jinae asked us. “Know each other? We live together and basically breathe the same air!” Jackson said, walking to the closet that had my name on it. He took out my tiny bag he had given me himself, and took my hand.

“ We’ll be leaving.” He said, and I couldn’t do anything than just follow him out.

The walk home was very silent. I had expected him to talk all the way home, but he didn’t. ‘He is still mad, isn’t he!?’ I sighed, and walked beside him, his hand holding mine tightly, as if I would run away the second I got the chance. But even if I did get the chance, I wouldn’t do that to him. That wasn’t my personality.

We were home quite fast, and soon we were sitting on the couch, with silence surrounding us. Ace was sleeping in his bed. The vaccination must have been hard on the little guy. Thinking about Jackson going to the vet alone must have been hard for both of them. I knew Ace already had made a bond with me, and he loved me already. And that just made everything a bit mire sad.

I heard a sigh from my left side, and I turned my head to see a frustrated looking Jackson. He finally decided to end the uncomfortable silence, and that I was happy about.

“You could just have told me, you know.” He said, actually sounding a little disappointed. I looked down at my feet, and could once again feel the tears ready to fall. “I-I just thought y-you would get mad at me, since you always tell me to trust you when it comes to money and bills. I just want to help, and want us to feel like a family.” The first tear had fallen.

He looked in my direction. ‘No, don’t! Don’t look at me with your sad eyes. It makes me wanna cry even more.’ He leaned over to sit beside me, and I felt him grab my chin. “I would never get mad at you. I love you, and I’m your boyfriend, so I respect your decisions.” He removed my tears with his thumbs, and began so plant soft kisses on my cheeks. “B-But what about earlier? You seemed so mad at me…” My voice broke a bit, but Jackson didn’t seem to care about that. “I wasn’t mad at you, but at myself. I knew I shouldn’t just have gotten us a dog before at least asking you. I was angry at myself for being so damn selfish! I’m sorry, please forgive me.” He grabbed my hand, and planted a soft kiss on the top.

My cheeks got a crimson color, and the fantastic feeling of love burst inside of me.

I had been wrong all this time.

He still loves me.

And I still love him

And I always will.

“I love you.” He whispered, kissing me before I could even tell him the same. “I love you.” He did it again. And again, and again. We lay in bed, just looking into each other’s eyes, him kissing me every second. And every second felt just like heaven.

I had found out two new things in these two days.

One thing being, that in my mind, I’m still a child.

And the other thing,

I can never stop loving my boyfriend, Jackson Wang.

So, here is part 2 of chapter 2!
Okay so, the reason why I haven't been updating the whole summer, is because the weather has been so damn hot! (And I've been kind of forced to be social TT_TT)
But I finally got the 2nd chapter out! It honestly didn't get as good as I wanted it, but yeah. School is starting next week, so if I plan to make a 3rd chapter I don't know when it will be released, since I won't get much time to write - so take it as a surprise if I update soon xP!
(Oh yeah, someone asked about ''the friend'' and the truth is, that the only ''real characters'' I wanted in this fic is Jackson and Bambam, so Jinae and the friend is both just random persons... But honestly, if I make a 3rd chapter, I will say the name of the friend, because while writing this, I got a great idea xD!)
BUT ANYWAY! Thank you very much, and sorry for mistakes!

Like this story? Give it an Upvote!
Thank you!
Moyallenshi
Summer vacation is after my last exam tomorrow, so I will (finally) be able to continue with the new chapter! Hopefully it'll be up before the end of July! :)
