South Korea has been in an uproar as the infamous blood-seeking serial killer has claimed his third victim this month. The perpatrator, dubbed as The Phantom due to kill agility to shake the police off his trail, began his reign on January 1st and has a total of twelve victims, sparking fear in all the citzens of South Korea. Even the most elite group of detectives in the Violent Crime Unit have been unable to find any leads to end this horrific crime causing many people to wonder why the country is in the hands of such a incompetent police force. Thirty-five and twenty-eight year old private investigators Kim Hangil and Yoo Jaeyoung were once part of the Violent Crime Unit, but voluntarily left as they felt measures could have been taken earlier before the serial murders began. They both recieved word of these horrendous crimes from a fortune teller and truly believed they were true, but their seniors and co-workers laughed it off and refused to believe such lies. Taking measures into their own hands, the two created their own private detective agency and are using their skills to bring this murderer down.

Although due to lack of funds and recources, they haven't been able to hire any employees and without any extra hands, they have came to a halt. Until, however, they meet with the same psychic who claims that the two, herself, and three others are at risk of being killed by The Phantom and the only way to be saved is to find the killer and stop him before he could take their lives. As they looked for the other three, they find that the group, as well as the psychic, aren't your average citzens as they posess supernatural powers that may assist or even hinder their case. With two former detectives, a psychic, clairvoyant, psychokinetic,  and mind reader on the team, will the group be able to save South Korea as well as their own lives?
