Step 1 : Create New Image with these settings :) After that I zoomed in by 100%


It should now look something like this~


Step two: Add the background and  person then resize them both to your liking.
I did my person first Lol! Also if you do the girl first remember to put her layer over the background.





You should have something like this :) I moved her to the bottom of the page using the move tool~


Step 3: Lower her opacity XD



You should have this~ she is slightly see through!


Step 4: you will duplicate her!! I circled the duplicate button in blue and highlighted the new duplicate and original picture. 
After duplicating the picture will no longer be see through.



Step 5: Change the mode of the new duplicate/the current top layer~ The settings are highlighted below

It will now look like this~


Step 6: Slightly move the top layer and it should look like this~






Step 7: TITLE/ Font, Size and colour. Settings below




Step 8: Instructions below!!




Step 9: Create a new layer!




Step 10 : Select 2 different shade of grey and make the darker shade the top.




Step 11: Select the gradient tool. 




Step 12: Instructions below!!!!


This is what you should now have.



Step 13: Change the settings :) and merge 'Layer' & 'Carnival' together


To merge the layer named 'Layer' and 'Carnival' just right click on Layer and select 'MERGE DOWN'

Lastly: Move your title to where you want, add your name and you done!!
