Infinite – Man In Love

“WHAT! YOUR PARENT ARE NOT HERE?”, Jinhee yelled as soon as they arrived at his house.

She realized that there was only a car was there under the garage.  L just had to let go of her hand when she wailed her hand like a little child. When she asked L about where his parent was, he just told her that they were not home until tomorrow.

And that was when Jinhee freaked out.

She stood still in front of the main door while L already in the house.

“Aren’t you coming in?”, he asked.

Jinhee looked at him in disbelief. She shook her head.

“Can’t we go to place where they are other people?”, she smiled sheepishly.

L furrowed his eyebrows.

“Since when that you bothered about staying alone with me?”, L scoffed.

Jinhee make a face and rolled her eyes, but still she was staying still in front of the main door.

How can she be this stubborn?

L mentally groaned. He let out a sigh.

“If you’re not coming in, I will just say it here”, he went nearer to her.

Jinhee stepped backwards.

“Stop”, she stopped when L suddenly grabbed her hand again.

I’m gonna die.

Amazingly their thoughts synchronized. 

She bit her lower lips.

“Listen here. Don’t interrupt until I stop talking. You get it?”, L said, still holding her hands.

She reluctantly nodded.

When she went silent, L got the cue as she wanted him to continue. He took a deep breath before talking.

“Oh Jinhee”, just hearing her name being called by him make her knee wobbled.

I think I’m in love- No! No!  

She mentally screamed.

Oh Jinhee, please stop denying your feelings.

A sudden voice in her mind blurted out.

“Yah, are you listening?”, L’s voice brought her back to reality.

“Uh? Oh. Just continue”, she bewildered.

Reluctantly, L continued.

“Oh Jinhee, can I ask you why are you avoiding me these past few days?”, L asked.

What is it? He said he want to talk not asking question.

Jinhee scoffed mentally.

“And do you know that how these past few days were like a depression to me?”, he continued.

Jinhee looked up a few seconds before turning away again. She shook her head. L mentally groaned.

Damn, I’m getting goosebumps.

He mentally groaned. Confession really makes him go insane.

Wait? Did you say confession?  Are you saying L was going to confess to Jinhee?

Heart broken or not, I’m going to tell her the truth. I like you, Oh Jinhee.

Yup! Totally right.

L was fighting with that in the past few days and thanks to Jinhee, he finally had guts to confess to her.

L suddenly let out a frustrated groaned and without he realized, he let go of Jinhee hands and squatted down.
