these days there is alot of word that gd and sica are going out, this is true.
I heard this from my friend, and she says she knows someone who works at a cafe for a part time job and she told this.
this cafe is a place g-dragon and jessica go to alot and many saesaeng fans (stalkerish fans) probably know this already.
this part time job worker isnt a huge big bang fan, but is just a normal uni student. 
Well at this cafe jessica and other soshi members? go there alot, parkminyoung and leeminho go alot too and also gd and top. But one day gd and sica came together. At first that girl was cold? so the worker didnt recognise her, but as she heard carefully ‘jessica and sooyeon’ was heard alot and realised it was jessica. GD is so sweet and takes care of her very well. Really, the way he looked at her with his eyes told how much he liked her. you know the thing gd is good at, looking up and thinking, and then if their eyes meet, he would laugh ( eye smile ), yeh he did that alot. 
He talked about seungri and said he was always nervous seungri might say it. **( im guessing that he might tell they’re going out )
oh, and gd was talking about the interview seungri got alot of trouble from. ( saying he was in a fight with snsd ) and said seungri just thought snsd and big bang hyungs werent close, but then realised some of them were really close so he was just pissed off by himself..
and talk about yuri and taeyang came out, saying it would be good if they went out, but it feels like they would just forever by friends.
also gd gave a polaroid picture of himself to sica, and said ’ i came out well in this picture, so i brought this to give to you’, and he said to give a picture of her to him, like from the phone. But jessica she doesnt have any good pics so she cant, so gd said he would by an album and just buy pictures of you and put it in the album. They were also looking at each other and taking photos together. 
oh and on th 4th of april when their new song came out, they came then and he gave the album and listened to the stupid liar, singing too. GD also gave ygs sign cd and it read ‘ps. i like snsd better but please like big bang too ~’
he danced fx chu to sica and said sullis eye smile was the best. 
oh and some saesaeng fans came in the cafe and were gonna take photos but gd said to just take pics of him and not the girl.

GD booked the cafe with his name, for sicas birthday.
he prepared a band and a screen. 
Park Min young and gd were talking and saying she liked stupid liar and sooyeon liked love song, and gd said love song had a better response. PMY and big bang are friends sinc she did haru haru mv and drama with top. 

And G-Dragon and Jessica met each other, as big bang were eating somewhere together, at that place ( probably a broadcasting station) jessica had a schedule there so they all ate together. GD was interested in sica, so he asked top who was close with jessica to introduce her to him. 
At first jessica wasnt interest in GD, but as gd kept expressing himself, she fell for him .
And also the rap from ‘open the window’ was written, as he saw jessica..

GD came to snsds dorm three times.
1. as they were calling during midnight, sica said she wanted to eat ice-cream, so he came to their dorm and gave it to her. 
2. GD wanted to show her a new song he just made that didnt come out yet, so he did through interphone? . 
3. Jess was pissed off at him? so he came to their dorm and made a heart shape with flowers and he went in it and kneeled putting his arms up.

KMY obviously didnt tell the worker but she overheard them. 
They birthday party was from 2am-5am , as jessica had a schedule afterwards. 
GD sang be my luv by the Quiett and sang the first verse normally and made a remix in the 2nd verse feat. top. the lyrics was like i cant sleep because of you.
GD, top, yuri, yoona, jessica, tiffany, some models, normal people , kang min young and park minyoung and others were at the party.
as the song finished, gd kneeled and said in a joking way refering to tops dog charlie ’ be charlies mom’. she said no. and gd was shocked. sica then took the hat that said ’ gaehos mum ( gds dog)’ and said charlie is tops dog, and i dont want to be his gf. gd was really happy, and that was really when they started dating.
That was the day they really started dating, gd was interested in her since gd&top times. top said gd coudltn even sleep properly, and this was like the first time he was interested in someone for so long. when they recorded baby good night, he would say jessica goodnight by accident and top would say you crazy ******* teasing him and laughing. 
there was also a birthday video, and top stars like jokwon and sulli came out, probably after inkigayo and gd recorded it himself. 

and soshi and big bang talk informally with each other, which meant they were close. it seemed top and tiffany were reallly close. The worker asked they why dont you talk about it on tv? and yuri said they would get in trouble.

2. on the mbc gayo dajun top was like smiling at sica and tiff before. i thought he was a creep lol, but i think its because theyre close, and they cant really show it obvs..
