Forgotten Promises
Description
"Best friends forever"
That's what they promised. That's what they believed.
Until secrets are revealed, truths told, and their promise just seemed to... disappear... forgotten.
Foreword
Donghae looked at Hyukjae, his best friend, and smiled.
“Best friends. Nothing… nothing could separate us.”
Donghae and Hyukjae, joint-at-the-hips, one is never seen without the other. Growing up together, they seemed destined to befriend each other from birth. They live simple lives, sweet and cozy in the city of Mokpo. But nothing lasts forever, right? Things happen, things change, things... sometimes don't turn out how you thought they would...

Characters
Lee Donghae: Innocently naive, he is sweet and is constantly thinking of others. It's easy to befriend him because of his kind personality, but it is just as easy to bully him. He is not one to get involved in arguments if he can help it. Donghae is similar to a five year old child: fun-loving, constantly happy, and usually doesn't take things to heart. The one thing he will not tolerate is people he loves being mistreated. When Donghae is upset at you, he can go days, weeks, even months without talking to you, acting like you simply do not exist. But one simple (and sincere) apology will soften his heart.
Lee Eunhyuk (Hyukjae): As a child, he was very similar to Donghae, but as he got older, the colder and quieter he became. The only people he is willing to show his real, and much nicer, side to are Donghae and Kyung Mi. Eunhyuk is actually very passionate about everything, but he simply chooses to not react. He cries easily and likes being left alone when he is upset. To most girls he... basically pays them no attention. And within his group of 'friends', he really doesn't trust any of them. He will slowly begin to warm up as the story continues.
Na Kyung Mi (a fictional character protrayed by Im YoonA): She is good friends with both Donghae and Eunhyuk. She is very nice... as long as you don't get on her bad side. She has a strong personality and is very independent. Kyung Mi has feelings for Eunhyuk, respecting anything he does, maybe a little bit too obediently. Donghae nicknamed her 'Mimi' when they were younger.

I might end up changing some things, so please please bare with me.
(╥_╥)
And I'm not sure about the rating quite yet, there might be some cussing and... other things (≧ω≦)
I would also like to add that most of the settings and what not are fictional. I made them up to suit the story. The University of Seoul is an actual school, but my description of it is in no way accurate.
Also. This is in fact a boy-boy love story. I don't plan on writing anything rated, but if boy-boy relationships make you uncomfortable/etc, please don't force yourself to read this ^3^
