IU POV

"B-Baekhyun?" I said as I lightly pushed him away

"Yeah?" He replied

"You really came?" I asked in disbelief

"Ofcourse, I had to come." He said

"No... I don't think you should..." I said

"Why not? Or is it because you don't want me to intefere with you and a certain someone?" He said and glared at Kai

"No! It's just that I would feel bad." I tried to make a good excuse

"It's fine, you don't have to feel bad." He said and grabbed my hand.

"Yeah, it's fine. The more the merrier right?" Kai said with a smirk

"Sure... But where are you going to sleep?" I asked Baekhyun

"He can sleep with us, we'll fit somehow." Myungsoo entered the conversation

"Right...Ok well... I think I'm gonna go sit down in the living room..." I said and walked away

Oh my god... I hope my parents come back soon...

Baekhyun POV

I'm kinda shocked myself. I never thought that I would actually stay here.

"I'll take you to our room." Kai said and lead the way

I looked inside the room. It was quite big. But it only had one bed that could probably fit two people. So I'm guessing that I'm gonna be sleeping on the floor. Well, it's reasonable.

"Why'd you come?" Kai asked and closed the door

"Because I need to be with Ji eun." I told him

"Do you really think I would do anything bad to her?" He questioned me

"Yes, you would. I want to protect her. Even if it meant giving up my life to protect her I would still do it. Because I.... Because I'm in love with her. And what about you? Are you in love with Ji eun? Or are you just playing with her?" I asked him

I feel like a complete idiot right now... I'm completely in love with Ji eun, but I don't think she even realizes it...

Kai POV

"Are you in love with Ji eun? Or just Playing around with her?" 

I thought about it... I never really loved a girl before. I've only seen them as a toy you can play around with whenever. Every girl is the same after all...  As long as you have a handsome face and a nice structure they'll fall for you immedietly. But Ji eun is the only one that didn't fall for my spell. When I tried to kiss her she didn't want to. I've never been this determined to get a girl. But maybe I'm just thinking about it too much.

"I... I'm not in love with her" I told him

"Are you sure? Because to me it looks like you're unsure of your answer." He said

"I'm not in love with Ji eun, and I have absolutely no interest in her." I said without hesitating

I don't... I just like playing around with her. She's just fun to tease...

IU POV

I hope they're not arguing already... Are they?

"Ji eun, can you tell them that breakfast is ready." Myungsoo said

"Sure." I said and went upstairs, I was going to knock on the door but then I heard something that caught my ear

"I'm not in love with Ji eun, and I have absolutely no interest in her." I heard Kai say

I stood there, frozen. I thought about it in my head as the phrase repeated again and again. 

"So he's not in love with me then..." I muttered to myself,

Well... Not like I should care. After all he's just a player and a huge flirt. But for some reason part of it mad be disapointed...

The door opened and Kai stood there in front of me.

"O-Oh, Ji eun. What are you doing here? How long have you been there?" He asked me

"I just got here, Myungsoo told me to come get you guys. Breakfast is ready." I told them and went downstairs

I ate my breakfast and helped do the dishes with Myungsoo.

"Is something wrong?" Myungsoo asked me when we finished doing the dishes

"No, it's nothing." I sighed

"Are you sure. Cause if there's anything bothering you, you can always come to me." He smiled

maybe it's just me but was Myungsoo always like this? I mean. I've only met him, but I thought he was like Kai. A player and a flirt. But he sounded so kind right now.

"Is something wrong?" He waved his hand in front of my face

"No, sorry. I just blanked out. Thank you though." I smiled and went to my room

That's right, I'm fine. I think I just need to relax right now. I laid on the bed. I looked around Kai's room and saw that there was a picture of him and a girl... There was a posted note by it that said "true love can never be found..."

Wow... That's kinda... Harsh. Does this posted note relate to this picture?

I took a closer look at the picture, she looked really pretty... Is this Kai's girlfriend? No... That can't be right... He's hitting on me though... Then again he said he had no interest in me. Should I ask him...

"Ji eun?" I heard Baekhyun's voice and quickly hid the picture under my pillow along with the posted note.

I opened the door and walked out. Baekhyun was standing in front of me.

"I have to work today, so I won't see you untill later." He said

"Oh, ok then. Maybe I'll come drop by later." I said

"That's good then, well bye!" He smiled and left

I turned around and went into my room and jumped from shock when I saw Kai in the room

"Yah! What are you doing?!" I yelled

"Is it so wrong to enter my own room?" He said so casually

I rolled my eyes and asked, "Why are you in here." He just looked at me

"I'm just here to check on you." He said

"Check on me?"

"Yeah... Wait!" He said all of a sudden and started looking through the drawers 

"What's wrong? What are you looking for?" I asked and he stopped all of his movements

"A picture..." He said in a soft voice

The picture of him and that girl came to my mind, is it that he's talking about?

"What is it a picture of?" I asked kinda hesitant

"It's a picture of me... And a girl..." He said and started searching again

I went to my pillow and took out the picture... This picture must mean a lot to him if he's searching this much for it... I decided to give him the picture, but I kept the posted note.

"Here." I said and handed him the picture

"Is this it?" I asked

"Yeah, it is!" He said and took it

"How'd you get it?" He asked

"I... I uh... I saw the picture and was curious so I was looking at it." I told him

"Really?" He said with amusement in his eyes

"Y-yeah." I said

"Why? Were you jealous?" He smirked

"No, It's just that I was wondering why such a pretty girl like her was with you." I said 

"Wow, I am offended. Haha... No... That's my ex-girlfriend." He said with a somewhat sad expression

"Oh... Well uh... She's really pretty." I told him

"Yeah, after all she is my first love." He said softly

I felt a stab in my heart. No, I mean ofcourse he would have many ex-girlfriends... But why is it that I feel a little resentment towards her? No, this is not good! I have never even met her before!

This is not jealousy! I simply just feel... Bad towards him. That's right, cause after all the one I truly love is... 

"Hey Ji eun!" Baekhyun walked into the room

Finally! I'm sorry, I've been mainly focusing on my other story, 'Blinded Love'
I hope you like this update. It's not that good I know...
