~ Prologue ~

     "Hey, kitty cat! This is the boy's locker room. You seem a bit lost," one of the jocks teased the red head. Yukwon did not mind, really. He was use to the jokes they made about his more feminine appearance, and girly attitude. He changed back into his normal clothes before exiting the room and walking down the fairly empty hall. He yawned softly, stretching his arms out. "Aww, look at the kitty yawning. So cute," a girl said as she passed him in the hall. He ignored her and went to his school locker, grabbing his backpack, things for homework, and shutting it with a slam. It was the end of the day and the boy was more than pumped to get home.

     He got an early start everyday to not get caught up in the crowd. Everyone had friends, siblings, or a boyfriend/girlfriend. Yukwon? He was alone; he has been since seventh grade of middle school. The joke of him being a cat seemed to spread then, and it obviously stayed. People drifted away from him and he ended up on his own in the end. Like stated before, Yukwon did not mind. He was use to this feeling now, seeing as how is a senior. A few more months and he will never have to look at this place again. He survived this long without friends, so he can go on for a bit longer. He took quick steps down the stairs and began his walk home. He was almost off school property when the bell rang. It did not take two seconds for people to come pouring out like ants from a dirt pile.

     There they went: the friends, the siblings, and the lovers. All of them laughing together, joking, and calling out his pet name. Yukwon twitched and kept his head down, putting his headphones on to drown out the sound. He was so focused on not being focused that he ran into someone. He cursed under his breath as he stepped back to see who it was he collided with. His breath was cut when he saw who. Fair skin, bright blonde hair combed to perfection beneath a black beanie, and a body that could kill anyone that came close to it. It was awful. "Watch where you're going, kitty," the guy snapped. The boy before Yukwon was none other than the infamous Minhyuk. Girls wanted him, guys wanted to be him.

     "Sorry," Yukwon whispered, fixing his bag on his shoulder before walking around him. "Did you see that guy, B-Bomb? Who does he think he is, running into you?" one of Minhyuk's friends dramatically yelled. "I know. People have no respect lately." Yukwon huffed and walked faster, getting home as fast as he could. No one was here, which is what he expected. It was Friday, so his mother was more than likely at her job. His father was overseas, and his sister was off at college. Yukwon had grown use to the quiet within his home. He charged up his stairs and set his bag down beside his desk before getting comfy on his bed.

     Yukwon lived a lonely life. Today had to be the first time he spoke to someone other than a teacher in months. Of all people, it had to be the douche of the school. He did not judge others for treating him like they did. Yukwon was easy to pick on, easy to laugh at, and a good target. Not to mention the social standings. If he were not laughed at then there would be no outcast at the school; just the same as someone talking to him would be shunned for speaking with someone of such 'low class.' So he helped keep a distance from people and kept to himself. He sat up and pulled his homework from his bag and began to do the problems.He wanted to do math, but he must have dropped his phone, which contained his calculator, when he bumped into the guy. He groaned inwardly and put the papers into his bag. He will do it in the morning if he can find Minhyuk to get his phone back.

     It was not something he was eager to do.
