-I want my sleep…

  Taeyeon sighs heavilly as she slips herself off the soft and warm blanket. Grabbing the wet towel that is somehow hanging on the small dresser so conveniently, she wipes her face with it and blindly walks toward Sunny’s bed, almost crashing into the teddy bears lying flat on the floor

 -Ugh...

 The girl’s sleeping habit hasn’t changed at all. Still with the habit of grinding her teeth and making uncomprehendable noises

 -Sunny ah...wake up...

 She shakes the sleeping bunny, still trying to snap herself back to the real world. Thankfully for her, Sunny is a very light sleeper so it was in no time that girl manages to sit straight up, awoken from her deep slumber

 -Good morning Soonkyu – she greets her fellow danshin with a small smirk

 -Morning Taeng...

 Slightly chuckling at the girl’s pouty lips, Taeyeon grabs a hold of Sunny’s right cheek, giving it a small squeez before gracefully exiting the room

 Next stop, the two twin YoonYul’s room

 Before actually entering the two’s room, she makes a de-tour to the kitchen and grabs two cups of cold water then makes her way to the two’s room

 -Yoona ah ~ Yuri ah ~

 Again, thankfully for her, both Yoona and Yuri are light sleepers, which means she doesn’t have to do anything violent to drag them from dream land back to reality

 -Unnie ~ - both of them call out, earning a motherly smile from the gogoma leader

 -Here. Have some water

 Them both receive the cups and gulp it down in oneshot, the feeling of refreshment run through their bodies

 -Get dressed okay ? Oppa will come in 2 hours or so

 Receiving two nods, the leader exits the room, a satisfied smile on her face

 Next stop, the only solo room in the dorm, Tiffany’s

 -Hwang Mi Young !!! Get your off bed now !!

 It’s not that she doesn’t care about the girl’s sleep but she knows this is literally the only way Tiffany can be awoken from slumber. Unfortunately for them, Tiffany has to share another disastrous resemblance with her American bestie Jessica. Both of them are terrible cooks and now even become the sleepyheads of the group

 -HWANG MI YOUNG !!

 For the last 10 years, Taeyeon has been the person that Tiffany spent most of her times in Korea with so it’s a matter of fact and a well known fact indeed that these two have a special relationship, sometimes being friends, sometimes getting the feeling of being more than just friends

 -YAH KIM TAEYEON !! You ruined my perfect dream !!

 -What might be in there ? Pink unicorns and pink dresses ?!

 If you see them now, you would believe my words. They don’t look like normal friends, not at all. If including the playful yet ert gestures of Taeyeon and the flirtatious actions of Tiffany, they are like lovers, or newlyweds if I may say

 -GET THE HELL OUT OF MY ROOM YOU DANSHIN !!!

 The final result of the whole debate with Tiffany is Taeyeon being kicked out of the room, first on the floor

 -Ow ! My precious behind... – she pouts, feeling sorry for the body part she takes the most pride in

 Still she ignores the sore and continues her mission

 Next stop, Seohyun’s and Hyoyeon’s room

 She has kind of expected Seohyun to be up already so it was no surprise to her when she enters the room to find the baby maknae putting on cream lotion, the kind Jessica has specially bought from Europe for Seohyun last Christmas

 -Wake Hyoyeon up for me ok ?

 -Nae unnie ~

 With a warm smile, she closes the door again and now heads toward the final destination of her journey, the fashionitas, Sooyoung’s and Jessica’s room

 Again making a de-tour to the kitchen, she swiftfully grabs a hard boiled egg from the fridge and strides

 Knowing full well Sooyoung is a big shikshin, Taeyeon just cracks the egg open and starts eating it. Soon enough, the tallest one cracks open her eyes, ready to attack on the egg in her hand

 Had dealt with much worse situations, she just simply kicks the tall one out of the room and heads to the sleeping beauty’s bed

 Waking Jessica up is a lot of work, say almost everyone who has the opportunity to try, which is why everyone agreed to create a special instruction on how to wake the girl up without having her scratching your face like an angry kitten

 She recites the steps in her head, not wanting to encounter HellSica first thing in the morning, again

 -Step 1, patting her head, okay then

 Following the steps carefully, she pats on the 2nd main vocal’s head lightly. Yuri, the one that experienced HellSica the most, said that step 1 was to give the sleeping girl a warning, not wanting to startle the girl in her sleep

 -Step 2....what was it ?

 Taeyeon calmly pulls out her phone and dials Yuri’s number, since she can’t leave the room this moment

 -Taengoo, you realize this is really a waste of money. I’m in the kitchen for peace sake

 -I’m waking Sica up. What was step 2 again ?

 -Ah yes. Step 2 is to sing her favorite song. Remember to sing it directly to her ear. With considerable volume

 -What’s her favorite song again ?

 -It’s “Mine” of course. Have you not heard her singing in the shower yesterday ?

 -No. Did you ?

 -We all did actually. She was literally singing opera in the shower till the point we can hear it in the living room

 -And I wasn’t there ? Damn it

 -Too bad for you Taengoo ~ now wake her up alreadyyyyy ~ I want my breakfasttttt ~

 -Tell Hyo to make you guys some appetizers. I’ll cook up something big for you guys

 -Okie ! Did you hear that Kim Hyoyeon ?

 -Alright alright. Settle down. I’ll make milkshakes for everyone

 Taeyeon smiles slightly when she hears the loud cheering from the other members from the living room. She then continues step 2

 -I say ~ can you believe it ? Cause we’re lying on the couch

 The moment I can see it ! Yes ~ yes ~ I can see it now ~

 Resulting from not listening to this song in about 2 years, she completely forgot the lyrics and just wings it as she sings. It kind of suits their situation really

 And not so unexpected, Jessica eventually peaks open one of her eyes, sleepily looking at her

 -Taengoo...?

 -Morning...isn’t it time for you to get up ?

 Like the other members have already known, Taeyeon is a rather inside person. She expresses her feelings through actions more than words, although she speaks about them quite well though. Jessica is the exact same. Conclusion, their shippers never have enough of their moments because they just simply don’t talk to each other often

 -5 more minutes please... – Jessica begs, now holding onto Taeyeon’s arm as pillow

 -Andwe ~ we have work, remember ?

 Taeyeon smiles amusingly when seeing the girl below her protests in an oh-so-cute way, squirming to her side and just stays there. She herself doesn’t want to disturb the girl yet she knows she has to

 -Come on ~ we’ll get to sleep if we’re done early ~

 -They always drag the times out...

 -They won’t this time. I’ll make sure it doesn’t happen

 -Why are you so sure ?

 -Because I’m Taengoo

 Both of them chuckle, amused of the conversation they just shared. Jessica finally managed to sit up, now holding onto Taeyeon’s neck for support

 -Yah ! Are you making me piggy back you first thing in the morning ?

 -Pweasseeee ~

 The leader smiles brightly, gaining momentum and pushes the younger up, making sure she won’t fall down the ground

 -Hold tight

 And just like that, the two come out of their room, receiving quite a reaction from their members

 -Woo hoo ! TaengSic is alive again ! – yells the royal TaengSic shipper Hyoyeon

 -Yah ! You yelled in my face yet you give her a piggy back. Is that even fair ?? – says the feeling unfaired Tiffany

 -Face it Tiff...I’m just cuter than you...

 Immediately, all of them explode in laughter, laughing even more when seeing Tiffany’s “WTF !!” face

 -Come on Fany, you know I have a soft spot for her

 -And you don’t have one for me ?

 -Um...let me think about it

 And just like that, the dorm is once again covered in laughter thanks to Taeyeon’s witty reply

 At times like this, Taeyeon really appreciates the priviledge of being a leader and loving the feeling of happiness of being a Girls’ Generation member.
