Few years has passed, the two best friends went to the same highschool. By this time, they reached their puberty and the two best friends have changed. Kim Honey who was well-known for her boyish and rough character became one of the beauties and top students of the school. Meanwhile, her best friend, Hoya, has became one of best basketball players for their school team. Despite their famous background, their friendship is still strong, they hang out like usual. But there's one thing that Honey didn't know. Hoya had his feelings towards her. He didn't dare to tell Honey because he's scared it might ruin their friendship and there's a possibility that Honey didn't like him because Honey had a crush on Peniel, their senior.

During the end of their second year, everything changed drastically. The thing that feared Hoya the most: The end of their friendship. Hoya made a bold decision by confessing his feelings to Honey. Honey rejected his confession and since then, Honey gave him a cold shoulder and they didn't talk with each other anymore. Even though they were in the same class, they just pretended that each's presence is invisible.

"Honey! Kim Honey! Hurry up or you're going to be late for school!"

"I'm coming! I'm coming!"

Honey ran to the kitchen and grabbed a toast and waved at her mum as she quickly entered the car. When she arrived at school, she gave her dad a quick peck on the cheek and got out from the car. As she walked to the school gate, she saw her two friends waving at her. She ran to them and exchanged hugs because they were happy to be in the same class again. It was their senior year which means it was their last academic year at the highschool. They went to their classroom and choose to sit next to each other. 

"Yah Kim Honey, what happened between you and Peniel? Why did you end the relationship? You two look good together."

Honey sighed deeply when Suzy asked her about her relationship with Peniel. She told them that things just didn't work between them so she decided to end it. Yoona gave her a weak smile and patted her hand. Then the class went silent when the teacher entered the classroom. He called each's names. Honey was busy scribbling something in her notebook.

"Lee Howon?"

There were no answer. At first Honey didn't care but she  started to look around when she realised the teacher called that name for the third time. Maybe he's just late, she thought to herself. However, she didn't see Hoya around the school that day. She shrugged off the thoughts and decided to ignore it. Three days has passed and Hoya still absence from school. Honey started to feel worried. It was unusual for Hoya to be absence from school. She wanted to ask her classmates but decided against it. Honey went to the Year3 class and looked for someone. She smiled when he saw a boy waving at her. She walked towards the boy.

"Hi noona! Are you looking for me?"

"Hi Sungjongie~ and yes! I came here to ask about your brother. Where is he? It's been three days he didn't come to school."

"Hoya hyung? I guess you didn't hear about it then. He got admitted in the hospital last few days."

"He what? What happened to him??"

"Nothing serious, just appendicitis. He's fine now after undergone a minor surgery. He's in ward 7, bed no.2 by the way."

"Oh okay, thanks for telling me Sungjongie."

"You're welcome noona."

Honey went back to her classroom. She couldn't concerntrate in class as she keeps thinking about Hoya. Its funny, they didn't talk with each other but she still care about him. It wasn't Hoya's fault for having feelings towards her. Honey just felt uncomfortable and guilty at the same time for rejecting Hoya. That's why she's been avoiding Hoya all this time.

After school, Honey went straight to the hospital. When she arrived at ward 7, she found that the bed was empty. Where did he go? She asked herself. Just then, she turned around when she heard her name was called.

"Kim Honey? Is that you?"

"Hi Hoya~"

"What are you doing here? How did you know I'm here? Did Sungjong tell you?"

Honey gave Hoya a weak smile and nodded. Hoya smirked and walked passed her and sat on his bed. Honey took a sit next to his bed. There was an awkward silent. Their eyes were glued "watching" the tv. Hoya was surprised to see Honey, he didn't expect her to visit him but he was happy to see her even though they still didn't talk with each other. Every day, after school, Honey went to visit Hoya, it was like a routine for Honey. They started to talk with each other again. They shared a happy news when Hoya told Honey he will be discharged soon and will come back to school.

Honey was busy chatting with Yoona and Suzy then she heard the boys were calling Hoya's name. The class was merrily noisy as they welcomed Hoya. Honey looked up to see and her eyes were locked with Hoya's. Hoya beamed at her and turned to talk with the boys. Honey lowered her gaze and blushed after returning the smile. She didn't realise that Yoona and Suzy were staring at her suspiciously.

"Mind to tell us something?" Suzy asked while raising one of her eyebrows. Honey chuckled and promised the girls that she will spill the details during lunch time. 

During lunch time, she told them everything. The girls were surprised and happy at the same time after listening to it. They were glad to know that the two have reconciled their friendship. Since then, Honey and Hoya became friends again and hang out like they used to.

Few months has passed. Things went well between Hoya and Honey. The big exam was just around the corner. The seniors were busy revising which include Hoya and Honey. They had a study group at Yoona's. While the others were busy discussing and jotting notes, Honey was drifted by her daydreaming. She gazed at Hoya and admiring his features. His eyes, his nose, his lips, damn, he's so attractive! Honey sighed and smiled to herself. Wait? What was I'm thinking? She asked herself. She excused herself to get some air. Unfortunately, Yoona noticed it, she caught Honey was looking at Hoya. She smiled and followed Honey outside.

"I saw it."

"Saw what?"

"Don't deny it Kim Honey. You like him right?"

"W-what are you talking about Yoona?"

"Nevermind. You know your feelings better. I will always support you."

She winked at Honey who was dumbfounded and went inside.

Honey woke up when she heard her door was knocked. She groaned and got up from the bed. She walked sleepily and opened the door. Hoya walked inside and passed a towel to her and pushed her to the bathroom.

"Hurry Kim Honey or we're going to be late!"

"What's up with the rush?"

"We have to go to the school. The results are out already!"

The result? Oh ! Honey facepalmed herself and went inside the bathroom and had a quick shower. She went to the school with Hoya. As soon as they arrived, the school's foyer was crowded with students. Honey saw some students were happy and jumped with glee. Some were crying and their friends comforted them, Honey felt sorry for them. Then her arm got pulled by Hoya and pushed her through the crowd. They were in front of the notice board, immediately Honey scanned for her name and she saw it. She was surprised and turned around to look for Hoya. Just then, Hoya dragged her away from the crowds. Once they were away from the crowds, Hoya hold Honey's shoulder. 

"Did you made it??"
 
"Did you made it as well??"

Both of them nodded excitedly. They were happy with their results. Hoya pulled Honey into hug. Honey returned the hug. Honey felt the joy and warmth of Hoya's hug. They were in each other's embraces for a while. Then Hoya pulled away slowly from Honey. He put his hand on Honey's face and slowly drew his face closer to Honey. Honey closed her eyes tightly. She felt the soft lips touched her lips and returned the kiss. They shared their first kiss and enjoyed every bits of it. Hoya smiled while kissing Honey. They parted away as they tried to catch their breaths. Hoya rested his forehead on Honey's.

"I love you, Kim Honey.."
