Bang YongGuk
One of the top Commisioners, Yongguk is a rather loud, emotionally weird cop. He tends to be a very nit picky person who likes to pick on people for fun. Even though he's a top dog cop and seems to be serious at all times, he jokes too. He is fairly friendly with everyone, but when rocked wrong-you'll wish you didn't do it. He may seem to be friends with everyone but only a couple are close. Yongguk tries to be positive with all kinds of situations but sometimes he must use his fist to finish first. He has a very good memory which is helpful for "Notorious Police". Yongguk is a work-a-holic who always is busying himself with information. His job is placed high on his priority list and friendship depends on trust.

Lee Chae Rin. Head leader of the Notorious Gang. She's rumored to be rather ruthless, once she's picked a fight with you, she will not let you slide. Chae, as she goes by, enjoys the top spot, she enjoys smirking at the people who didn't expect the top notch gang leader to be a woman, she enjoys going out on her own missions, and everything she does is purely out of genuine interest of the underground world. Contrary to what people see of her, Chae is not just a violent gang leader. She's the kindest to the people she trusts around her. She keeps only a few very close to her, trusting only those who prove worthy. Once you have her friendship and loyalty, she would do anything for you. Really a baddest female, with a very soft side to her.
Min YoonGi, another top commisioner with Bang Yongguk at his side. When he was young, his sister was in a gang. Though he tried to stop it, she later died of a drug overdose. He is and may come off cold, but enjoys a normal converstation. Yoongi is an odd person, but you may later find him interesting, maybe. Don't get too close; it's dark inside.
