Chanyeol is an angel. And every angel is assigned a human to look after. His human was named Kim Jieun. The job of every angel is to watch their human, protect them in every possible way, and basically... make them feel special. But with Chanyeol, he felt something closer between them, some special.

In an angel's life, there is one important rule, never fall in love.

There, in a corner of her room was a small, glowing, light. With every passing day, that light would get bigger and bigger. As weeks passed, Jieun got used to that light. At times, that light wouldn't be there. Jieun wouldn't let that mess with her head. She would just shrug it off.

One day, when she came home from school, that light wasn't there. She let the idea pass and she went on her normal routine. That night, at exactly midnight, there was an earthquake. Being a quick thinker, she leaped up and scurried under her bed. Seconds later, the earthquake stopped and she heard a loud  thump on her wooden, bedroom floor. She thought it could've been a picture frame that fell during the quake. She crawled out from under her bed. 

Jieun dusted her knees and straightened up, meeting the eyes of a tall, brown haired boy. The boy was sitting in the corner of the room, scratching his head. That was the corner where the light was.

"W-who are y-you?! H-how did you get in here?!" Jieun shouted, frightening the boy. The boy met her eyes and began to freak out. His breathing sped up. Before they knew it, there was a bright light emitting from him. Taking a step back, Jieun covered her eyes until the light dimmed down. She looked at the boy. The only difference was that he had wings stretched out on his back.
