They went home, with those yummy pork chops on Kyuhyun’s hand. They decided to head back home and eat lunch there. Kyuhyun hurriedly opened the door because Sandeul was whining,

“Appa, ppali! Deullie’s tummy is angry.” He pouted. Sungmin laughed when Kyuhyun stumbled when he opened the door.

“Okay Deul baby…. just sit with appa on the sofa. Umma will prepare our lunch.” Sandeul nodded.

“Kyu, turn on the television for awhile.” He smiled. Kyuhyun quickly grabbed the remote control.

“Appa open it now!!” Sandeul yelled. Kyuhyun laughed and pressed the on button. His eyes widened when he saw what’s on the tv. He turned to look at his son, eyes widened too. Sungmin entered the living room, dropping the tray he’s holding.

“KYUHYUN!!! TURN THE FREAKING TV OFF NOW!!!” Sungmin yelled. Kyuhyun immediately turned the tv off. Sungmin ran to Sandeul’s side, whispering something.

“Baby… baby… umma is here.” He caressed Sandeul’s back. His son’s eyes are still wide as a saucer, mouth wide open. Sungmin glared at Kyuhyun and covered Sandeul’s ears,

“Now what? He saw it, right? ” He said.

“I—I don’t know why…. It was an accident.” Kyuhyun answered.

“I know.” Sungmin sighed. “I will put him to sleep first so he would forget everything he saw. My poor baby’s innocence.” He cried. He picked up the still shocked Sandeul and went upstairs. Kyuhyun was left dumbfounded,

Sungmin laid Sandeul on his bed. He covered him with his yellow duck-printed blanket.

“Baby, are you okay?” he asked. Sandeul blinked his eyes, looking with a confused look at Sungmin,

“Umma, why are they kissing and…. you know doing that?” he asked, eyes waiting for an answer.

Sungmin gulped, his hands turned sweaty. “Uhmm, baby it’s because they love each other. Only married people can do… that stuff.” He said.

Sandeul nodded, “Oh. I wanna know what it feels, umma.”

Sungmin gasped, “No baby. You’re still young for that. You’re still 4 years old, Deullie. Years need to pass by first before you… experience that.” He said as he patted his son’s head.

“Umma… I’m sleepy. I’ll just eat later. You go eat with appa. I bet he’s hungry.” Sandeul said.

Sungmin nodded and sang a lullaby. Sandeul went to sleep pretty fast, because he was tired. Sungmin kissed his son’s forehead before leaving the room.
