"I like you, Jonghyun"

The cold breeze slapped against my skin. The air was rather chilly at this point of time, 9 PM to be exact. Here we are standing on our school's rooftop, I was finally confessing my love to Jonghyun for the 3rd time.

"I-I'm sorry Taeyeon, I just--I don't like you in that way..I'm sorry..maybe we'll meet each other in the near future, we'll meet each other halfway"

This is the 3rd time I was rejected.

In the year 2012. 

I don't mind though, I could just rewind time again to make him fall in love with me again, its no big deal for me after all I can fast forwards and rewind time. 

I'm not a human, well technically I am but the power to control time wasn't. I still remember the day, August 14, 2003. I was a senior, a graduating student of my highscool years, 17 years old. I didn't want to leave my friends yet, I wanted to be a senior for like..forever. That's where it all started. A man with a red scarf and a black suit appeared before my very eyes, he said his name was Taemin.

I was walking down the street full of busy cars and whatnot, suddenly a huge truck was about to hit me and I was supposedly dead. Yet time stopped and everything around me freezed like stone and cold ice. The only thing that moved was me and a guy who appeared to me as Taemin. He said it was my time, but I don't want to leave this world, my family, my friends, my senior year, tommorrow was my graduation day, August 15, 2003. 

"T-Taemin sir, I do not wish to leave, I could do so much more if you would take me now"

"It's not my choice, you have to know that you're gonna die once I play back time again"

"Don't take me yet I can prove to you"

"Prove what? Everything will still be the same, besides, it wasn't my idea to take you now, if you'd still be alive you'd witness your mother's death 2 years from now, you'll see your younger brother be a criminal 5 years prior to you mother's death, you'd be working as a janitor employee in a fastfood trying to keep you and your brother's life comfortable, you'd be rejected by the man you love, you'd be tortured by your stepmother's brother, eventually you'll get and stab to death"

"W-What...why is my future so horrible"

"Its because you did not find the man who would protect you, nobody would cheer you up when your mother died, nor help you with your brother, you'll be alone"

"So you're telling me that I should just die now so I can't go through all those pain?"

"Technically, yes"

"I'm sorry but I don't want to leave yet, let me suffer, I don't want to leave them just yet.."

"Your strong perseverance amazes me"

"Does that give me a reward mr. angel?"

The man shook his head. He turned around and thought for some time before turning back to my direction.

"Fine, I'll give you the power to control time, to live 9 times like a cat but after that 9 lives I would take you, unless you found someone to protect your life on"

"It's---It's a deal"

"If you wasted those nine lives I swear I'll take---"

"I know what to do"

And with that he disappeared and time played back again. The truck swindled and avoided me, I didn't die yet the truck hit the post on my left. What an angel that guy was, I wouldn't waste my 9 lives. If I'm living on the first life right now that means I only have 8 more.

Time passed by so quickly, I died on my first life, I stabbed myself to death when I figured out that my boyfriend was cheating on me. My second life went on a blur when I realized that I had cancer, I died though. 

Funny thing is I don't grow old that much I stay 17-25, and when I reach 25 I usually die, I don't know is this a trick from the angel?

2nd life made me realize that I need to rewind things over and over again, I found somebody I liked, he was named 김종현 Kim, Jonghyun.
