roommates

Description

Life isn't easy for Lee Howon when he decides to let a pink-haired twenty-year old boy with an attitude let him be his roommate till he's able to afford his own apartment. It doesn't get any easier when all he does is steal his wifi and food, and it gets worse when he starts to fall for him for some bizarre reason.

Foreword

prologue;

After getting kicked out from his own apartment by the landlord, Lee Sungjong can only survive with the clothes on his back and his internetless laptop. He isn't your typical twenty-year old boy who should be off in college studying or at least getting a job. Instead, he's at home most of the day, laptop propped on his lap as he manages his blog called SMILEJONG.NET whilst looking at fashion and thinking about changing his hair color for the nth time (he's thinking of going purple this time). Though he could be doing something with his life, he chooses not to.

Meanwhile, Lee Howon is a highschool dropout who is oocupied on pursing his dreams of becoming an idol (or atleast a well known hip-hop dancer). Despite running away from his parents and his home with not a single cent on him, he manages to live by himself in a decent one bedroom apartment. He earns the money by doing late night shifts at the local coffee shop he works at and often does a few side jobs such as delivering pizza. It's a struggle, no doubt, but Howon manages.

It wasn't until one day on a normal day in the middle of December is when Howon notices a strange pink-haired male sitting by the corner of the coffee shop he works at who hasn't moved for a whole hour. Also noticing the latter had a laptop with him, he automatically assumed it was another loser who just abused free wifi privileges everywhere they go and not actually buy a damn thing at the store.

Howon goes by the motto "Nothing in life is free - you have to earn it" so he was more that just a little ticked off with the male who was simply leeching off. With his sleeves rolled up, he stormed over toward the table, ignoring the cheers from his co-worker Daehyun who shouted "Go get em', tiger!"

(He was slightly surprised to see the pink-haired male was absolutely stunning, however.)

"You need to buy something or leave, sir. You're over-staying your welcome." Howon said, trying to sound as polite as possible.

"But...you don't understand!" he cried, clinging onto his laptop. "I don't have a place to stay! I...I got kicked out of my only home.."

Fast forward to an hour later and Howon somehow is driving back to his place with his new roommate named Lee Sungjong, the pink-haired wifi leecher.
