The Sun & The Moon

Description

Children hate to be compared, especially to their siblings.  Sense she was young Dalnim was always compared to her older sister Haenim.

The two sisters were enrolled together at the same school Willow Valley Academe, a prestigious school of the fine arts.  Students idolized Haenim for her powerful dance moves in the studio always over looking the graceful fluid motions of Dalnim.

But how can you compare two people who are so different?

Haenim studied the dance genre of hip-hop and animation, taking a place in the advance classes run by choreographers from around the world.  Dalnim practiced ballet proving herself worthy of being the top of her class with her never ending grace and skill.

But still, the two were compared.

Dalnim never really cared though.  After a while, she got used to being over looked.  She knew she would never be first in the eyes of anyone whenever she was by her sister, so she accepted it.

Not once had anyone chose Dalnim over Haenim, that’s just how it worked.

Chapter 2: This is a beautiful story. I'm so glad I stumbled across it! I totally enjoy overlooked characters lol probably because I'm an overlooked person as well, I have an older sister who has no off switch and used to talk for me a lot when we were young. I wish I could dance though I took a half of year of hip hop and a half of year of jazz but didn't keep up with either of them. I'll be checking out your other stories as well!
