The first time she heard his name, she immediately hated him. He was the one robbing her the chance to chase after her dream. At least, that was what she thought at that time when she was just an eight year-old child.
But when she became a teenager, she became aware of him more, and slowly she just found herself crushing on him.
Now that her parents sent her to Korea alone to be more outgoing, she won't have any second-thoughts about chasing her dreams. And not only that, she'll be living with no one else but him! It would have been perfect, really, if only he didn't tell her:
‘
No one can know I'm your fiance, got it? Just pretend to be my newly discovered cousin or something.

Foreword
I look outside the plane window. At first, all I could see are clouds but they soon end and all I see is...well, the ground. The ground of South Korea.
I've missed him. I want to see him so much.
Those have been my thoughts since last week when my parents announced that I'll be studying college in Korea. To be honest, when they first dropped the bomb, I was reluctant to oblige. I mean, I may be a whole blooded Korean, but I never went there. I was born in the States and grew in the States. And no way would I go there on my own.
A reason I was reluctant is that my friends are there in the States. I wasn't popular back at the high school I graduated from, instead I had my small circle of friends. But nonetheless, I was happy; I was content.
Now the reason they want me to go there: they claimed I'm a 'mediocre'; and thus they said that maybe if I lived alone in a place like Seoul that I might loosen up a bit.
I know. Weird parents. But I love them anyway.
And... I should tell you the reason I gave in now.
The reason being a someone.
The reason being a him.
Him.
Lu Han.
My fiance, Lu Han.
My trail of thoughts are interrupted when it was paged that we'll be landing in a few minutes.
I take my mirror out and take a peek to see how I look; happy to know that I still look presentable.
If you're wondering, I am nervous. But I don't want to show it. The last time I saw him was just a few months ago when his family went to visit us like they always do but still, I'll be living with him.
Under the same roof.
With the one I'll be marrying in the---hopefully not near---future.
With the one I've been in love with since I was 14.
Oh no.
