The wolf and the boy

Heavy beats on the ground echoed through the silent night, a silver fur tainted by the red blood shimmered through the shadows of the trees. The wolf huffed heavily, but he couldn’t stop as the wolves where on his heels. His body hurt heavily, his muscles protested, but his instinct urged him on as he exited the woods. He had entered the forbidden territory, the human territory. He should stop, turn around, but he would risk running into the enemies. The other pack would never dare to cross the border; he was save here, so he continued to run. A big oak tree shadowed over a small house, hollowed out in the middle. The wolf panted as he dove into the hole, a few blanket was scattered, but he didn’t question. He was to weaken to think, to tired run any future. He was forced to rest here, until the morning light came. He curled up, his nuzzle dug into his fur. The smell of blood was thick; the wolf sneezed a few times. He couldn’t sleep, not with the adrenalin pumping through his vein. He turned and twists, hoping to find a better position, but failed. A light source far in the distanced, lighting up the horizon. The wolf was too focused on his own body to notice. Not until a gentle hand touches his forehead, a gentle voice whispered. “a-are you ok?” it stuttered, his two colored eyes, one ice blue and the other blood red, stared deep into chocolate brown ones. “A wolf?” the voice spoke in disbelieves. The wolf grunted, trying to find the energy to snap, to defend himself against the human. “Shhh, I won’t hurt you.” the other shushed, brushing his hand through the patch that wasn’t covered in blood. “Can you move?” the voice asked, the wolf shook on his legs, but he was able to move. The human motioned him, leading him into the warm home. He entered a room he didn’t know, having never entered a human house. He lay down again, having lost all his energy. Water running and heat entered the room as a fire was lite. The human waited before he took the pot of the fire, dipping a cloth into warm water. Slowly and gently he cleaned the blood of, removing the dirt around the wounds. The wolf breathed heavily, following every movement of the other, until sleep finally pulled him into the dark world of dreams.

His neck felt heavy, muscles aching. The wolf blinked his eyes, blue and red blinked rapidly. He was still in the unfamiliar room, the one he entered last night. Stiffly he moved his head, but the heavy object moved with him. There just in the corner of his eyes, he saw a pair of legs, curled up. The man that had taken care of him yesterday was sleeping on top of him. The wolf didn’t move his breath was careful. Why was he so afraid to wake up the human? The wolf turned his head slowly, his nose touching the knees lightly. The breath of the human hitches but made no movement of waking up. They lay there in silence, one a sleep and one awake. A knock on the door woke up the man, with a great startle, because he looked around, looking at the clock as he gasped. The blue and red irises followed the movement. The man calling to the unknown human behind the door at the backdoor that he was coming. “I am sorry, Mr. Wolf. But I have to ask you to move.” The man kneeled in front of the wolf's head, smiling in an apology as gently patted his head. The wolf stood up slowly, another wave of impatience knocks. “I am coming soon! Please wait for another few minutes.” The man leaded the wolf to a separated room. Much leading wasn’t from the human, as he had quickly closed the door. The wolf heard the voices clearly from the other side of the door, both voice mingling in a conversation way. “What took you so long, Kibum?” the unknown voice spoke as something scratches the floor. “I am sorry Jinki, I was doing something yesterday and fell asleep at the table, and I wasn’t presentable enough.” The man, whom the wolf linked as Kibum, answered with a quick white lie. The wolf lay down on a furry place, he didn’t know what it was called, but it felt good to sleep on it. He hadn’t heard the rest of the conversation, his eyes explored the room. So many things he didn’t recognized, but guessed was common in the human world, as he saw multiple of the same things. What he did recognize was a few herbals that his pack used, for an upset stomach, or just for energy. He looked up as he heard a few things scrape over the floor, indicating that the two men where done speaking, as the human named Jinki leaved the house. Kibum entered the room the wolf was send too, breathing in relieve as he looked at the silver furred wolf. “We should change your bandage.” He said, walking closer to him, picking up a few clothes. Kibum crouched down, his gently hands brushed through his fur, cleaned from his blood. The wolf stared at Kibum, watching the man movement. Kibum had spoken a few words; he wasn’t listing, not that the human minded. “I am Kibum by the way.” That was something that sparked his interested; the wolf looked at the human again. “I am the healer of this village. My friend, Jinki, was getting some herbs for his sick mother.” More and more details about the man left his mouth; something the wolf wondered why he was telling this. “It seems you are stuck here for a while.” Kibum said as he tightens the last band aid. The human looked at him, a gently smile plastered on his face. The wolf’s muzzle rested on his paws, staring at the man. “It may sound weird, but can I give you a name? It feels awarded to speak to you as Mr. Wolf.” Name the wolf? Should he accept this? Being named wasn’t something that should be seen lightly in his pack or with wolves naturally. Yet the wolf couldn’t help but nod, his ears perking up as the man squealed in glee. Kibum went through a list of names, some crazy like, sparky or scruffy or silver, but also some humanly like names as, Jiyong or Taecyeon or Jiwoon. The human turned silence for a few minutes before he spoke a name that brought shivers through the wolf’s body. “Jonghyun.” The name sounded so powerful, so trustable, and so different. “Do you like that name? Jonghyun?” the wolf nodded, giving out a hum in agreement. Kibum smiled, ruffling his fur. The wolf, Jonghyun, the hand, in a gesture of friendship, accepting this forbidden relationship.

The house filled with laughter of Kibum, Jonghyun made a sound that could be recognized as a laughter, which made the human only laugh more. Jonghyun was tickling the man, with his tail, the latter unable to regain his breath. “Jonghyun! Stop!” the other called, pushing the tail away. The wolf finally agreed as he rested his tail. It took the man a few minutes to catch his breath, room filled with panting. “Ok, I am good now.” Kibum said, more to himself than to Jonghyun. The human sat up, cleaning his pants as he resumed his previous job, mixing some kind of paint he made with berries. Jonghyun watch, with his curious eyes, the man had suddenly entered the room with some kind of brilliant idea, but he never explained which left the wolf in suspension. Kibum grinned brighter once he was done with his mix. Two bowls, black and dark red. Jonghyun peeked over, the smell of the berries that was used, entered is nostrils. What was the human planning? Kibum cleared out a big space, cleaning it with some kind of soap before he turned to Jonghyun. “Give me your paw.” He said, holding the black paint in his hand. The wolf obeyed, giving out his right paw, which was gently pressed into the mixture of paint, the juice tickled the pillow beneath his paws. Gently the paw was pressed onto the wall, a perfect footprint was created, and it was done multiple times until the wall was covered with black paws. Kibum stepped back, nodding in happiness as he watches his masterpiece. Jonghyun stared, not fully understanding the concept, but he liked it. “It is nice, isn’t It.” the man spoke, tilting his head to look at it from a different angle. The wolf nodded, his eyes going from the wall to the man who created this master piece, with his help of course. Suddenly the bowl of red paint caught his eyes. Gently, he took the wrist of the startled human his mouth, not biting through the skin. The wolf walked to the paint, Kibum in tow, as he dipped the hand into the paint. The first paw caught Jonghyun’s eyes, being bigger than the others, as he had spreader his toes more out. He pointed the painted covered hand at the paw; the human had soon understood what the wolf wanted. Carefully the man placed his hand over the paw, which he noted was way bigger than his human hand. Standing back, the pair looked and agreed that it was now finished, the perfect finishing touched placed. The both agreed that the paw of Jonghyun and the hand of Kibum was the best of all.

Jonghyun huffed, bored as he walked around the bedroom of the human. The man had given him a tour, naming everything for the wolf. The wolf sat down, his body too heavy for the bed, but he didn’t really mind, he preferred the carpet. Kibum had left the house, for some kind of earn, the wolf hadn’t really followed. He waddled again, hoping to take some time to enter the living room, but sadly it wasn’t enough as the human was still not home. Jonghyun wanted to leave the house, explore the outside, but it was way too dangerous. Nor was it only not a good idea to risk the change to be spotted but the villagers, he would re-open his wound if it came out on running away. The wolf lay down, rolling over the furry carpet. The boredom was reaching out to his head. He wasn’t some kind of dog! He needed his space, or at least some distraction! He wanted to go out hunting, feeling his prey crunch between his jaws, the meat that Kibum bought for him wasn’t good enough to satisfied his natural instinct, not only that wolves where sociable animal’s, they shouldn’t be alone. The wolf jumped up when he heard the door open, Kibum was finally home! But his happiness was cut short when a second unknown voice entered the air. The wolf swiftly ducks into the room that Kibum had made for him, if visitors would enter the house. “Please promise me to keep it a secret. Even Jinki can’t know about this!” Kibum’s voice sounded desperate. “I promise! Come on Kibum show me what has been keeping you inside.” The wolf watched the door as it creaked open, Kibum’s head popping around the corner. “You can come out, Jonghyun.” The door opened as Jonghyun came eye to eye with the unknown boy. It was silence, Kibum biting his lips nervously as he watch the interaction. “A wolf?” the friend of the human asked but nobody answered, knowing fully well that it was a rhetorical question. “You do know you have a wolf in your house?” the man nodded before he stepped between the other and the wolf. “But he is friendly! He is nothing like the stories and-“ “you have a wolf in your house, Kibum! You know it is forbidden!” Jonghyun winced at the sudden yelling voice, his tails going between his legs, he hadn’t expected this kind of reaction, and at least he should have but just wasn’t prepared for it. “I know, but please! He was wounded when I found him! I couldn’t leave him.” Kibum reasoned, calming down his friend. “Why are you showing me this?” the human asked. Yes why was Kibum showing the wolf, Jonghyun wondered that too. “Jonghyun is getting lonely and I can’t keep him company for too long, the villagers are getting suspicious. I need another playmate, or at least somebody to watch over him.” Kibum explained, worried covered his voice, the human was wondering if he made the right choice. “I won’t do this!” the boy said. “This is nuts. It is a damn wolf! Not a dog! What do you think Jinki will think if he finds out!” the man rambled on, throwing his fist in the airs. “I know! Please don’t tell anyone, forget that I showed you him. You promised you would keep it a secret.” Kibum begged, tears b his eyes, the human falling one his knees. His friend didn’t say anything, just leaving the house, slamming the door. Kibum froze, Jonghyun moved, his muzzle pressing against his cheek. Tears streamed down, all captured but the rough tongue. “I am so sorry, I shouldn’t have done this.” Kibum whispered as he buried his face into the wolf’s fur. Jonghyun didn’t do anything, his tail gently wrapped around the other as the human sobbed.

The sudden slam of the door startled the sleeping pair, both of them had fallen in the living room. “What the hell is this!” an angered man yelled, the friend Jonghyun had met a few weeks ago, hid behind the man. “Jinki!” Kibum squealed, jumping in front of Jonghyun. “So it is true!” Jinki yelled, his face turning red as Kibum turned pale. “You told him!” Kibum screamed, the boy hiding behind Jinki. “He did nothing wrong! He only did what was right!.” Jinki yelled, walking closer as he grabbed Kibum’s arm tightly, the latter wincing in pain. The wolf snarled, his upper lip curling upwards. “Jonghyun, no!” Kibum yelled, trying his best to stay between the man and the wolf. “Please, let go!” the man begged, sobbing due the stress and fear. Seeing his friend’s tear, taking slightly back, he let go. “He shouldn’t be here! He is forbidden here.” The older male repeated the words of the younger boy from a few weeks ago, having the same reaction. “I know! Please, just one more day. His wounds are nearly healed, I will bring him back to the woods tomorrow.” the human begged, taking a few steps back, his hand resting against Jonghyun’s fur. “No you are bringing him back now!” Kibum whimpered, but nodded, turning to the wolf. Slowly he untied the band aid, the slightly shorter fur revealed. “Let’s go.” Kibum shakily said, leading him to the backdoor, Jinki and the boy followed, probably making sure if Kibum would really bring Jonghyun back to the forest. They reached the edge of the forest, the trees where thick here. “This is where we part.” The human whispered, chocolate brown eyes stared at the ice blue and blood red ones. Jonghyun whimpered his cold nose gently touching the wet cheeks. “I know, but they are right. Wolf’s are forbidden here. You belong in the forest, with your pack, your family.” Kibum said, whipping away the tears, taking a few steps back. Jonghyun stared for a few more seconds, turning around as he wanted to enter his true home. A small sob stopped him, forcing his body to turn. “Go.” Kibum said, tears breaking his voice. “Go home.” Jonghyun walked back, sitting down as he picked up his right paw, holding out. The human breath hitched before he chuckled, holding out his own hand. Gently they touched, the rough pillows beneath his paws against the smooth skin of the human’s hand. The wolf turned around, pushing with his mighty paws, it took him five steps to disappear in the forest, the sound of the crying man echoed behind him.

Different colored fur surrounded him, but the wolf wasn’t scared, recognizing the smell of his pack. He was greeted by everybody, the pups happier to see him. His own friend, a black furred wolf, head butted him before he leaded him to their alpha, an old but respected wolf. Jonghyun lay flat down, showing his submission to his leader, the wolf let out a mix of a bark and a growl, showing he is happy to see his pack mate return safely, after having been gone for months. The silvered fur wolf had fallen into his routine naturally, having joined the hunting group again after a few days. They hunted after a few deer, targeting three that would feed the big pack. It was an easy succeeds, using Jonghyun speed to scare the weaker animals to the waiting wolves. His pack howled, sounding their successful hunt, Jonghyun howled with them. They made the turn back to the pack, the wolf in tow before he sunk into the earth, his paw pressed into the solid. He couldn’t help but remember the wall painting of the human. He shook his head, quickly catching up when the black wolf called him. Jonghyun couldn’t return to Kibum, it would cause only trouble for the human, yet he couldn’t help but feel the emptiness, the yearning of the male’s touch. He shook his head, bumping against a tree, his pack laughing wolfish, Jonghyun just snarled out in embarrassment.

A wolf’s howled as he attacked, howling again in pain as the silver wolf dug his teeth into their throat, killing them. The pack was attacked, they had already lost a few mates and Jonghyun wouldn’t accept any more. He made sure the pups where alright, before he attacked the enemy. The battle was bloody, they killed two as they lost one. A loud growl as two body tumbled down the rocks, the alpha of the other pack jumping into safety, their alpha lying down lifeless. The pack stood frozen, some getting killed, they had lost their alpha. A few howled attacking more fiercely, trying to reach the wolf that killed their beloved leader. Jonghyun stared, watching the blood pooled over the ground. Something clicked as he growled, baring his white teeth. He jumped, using the higher grounds as he reached the alpha. Yelps, growls, howl, a mixture of sound was the only thing that was heard from the battle, blood covered the scene. The silver fur covered in red as the wolf ripped off the left front leg, the bones crunching. He wasted no times, sinking his jaws in the neck, snapping the bones. That was the end of the alpha, a howl left the dying wolf before it went limp. The battle went fast from there one, the enemy getting too scared after losing their own alpha. The pack panted as the watch the fleeing group. Jonghyun still held the alpha between his teeth, angered and sad. The black wolf quickly came to his side, shaking him out of trance. The group had already surrounded the alpha’s body, howling at their loss. Jonghyun joined them, their sadness echoed through the night sky.

It took four wolves to carry the alpha to their home, the weaker wolves waiting for them, having heard the sadden news. Jonghyun had stayed silence, until the two most trusted wolves of the alpha walked up to him, bowing to him as the bared their throat, showing him their submission. Many wolves copied, agreeing to the new alpha. The wolf was taken back, but accepted the position, he didn’t want to let the pack down. The group entered a new era.

Kibum stared at the wall, the black paws scattered over it. He sighed, slowly tracing the one that had his own hand against it. “I hope you are doing fine.” He whispered sadly, throwing his cloak over his shoulder before he walked out of the door, doing his daily routine. It had been nearly a year since he had last seen Jonghyun, he wondered how the wolf was doing. Did he find his pack? Is he save?  So many questions that only worried Kibum more. “Morning, Kibum.” He friend said, giving an awkward smile. “Morning Taemin.” Kibum sad breathless. Ever since Taemin had broken his promise, their friendship had been broken. Jinki was avoiding him, only coming to him to get the medicine for their mother. Taemin nodded before he walked again, freezing his step before he quickly run next to Kibum, the man startled slightly. “I am really sorry.” It was the first time Taemin said sorry too him. “I shouldn’t have told my big brother, I had promise you not to tell.” The human walked silently, he accepted Taemin’s apology, but he couldn’t forgive him yet. “y-you know.” Taemin shakily said, continued the silence conversation. “S-she probably won’t make it the next two days..” Kibum looked at his ex-friend, the boy was in tears. Their mother had been sick for a while, the lady suffering from an illness that Kibum knew no cure for. “I am sorry to hear that.” the male said, holding the bag tighter. “I will come by later this afternoon.” He said, before parting the way with the boy.

As he promised, he came by the afternoon, Jinki opened the door for him. They didn’t look at each other, the male entered quietly. The lady lay in the bed in the living room, her smile was gently. “Good afternoon, miss Lee.” He said, smiling as he sat down on the chair that was set next to the bed. “Good afternoon, Kibum.” The lady hoarsely said, smiling when Kibum told her all the gossips, the male knew that the lady loved to know the latest gossips. The conversation was cut short as a scream startled them, the alarm bells ringing. “We have to go!” Jinki yelled, not hesitating to pick up his mother. Taemin ran out of the door, Kibum and Jinki followed. Blood covered the street, a group of armed men entered the village. “This way!” a female yelled, pushing her children the general direction everybody ran to. “Into the forest.” Somebody yelled. “No that is the wolves tentorium!” another person yelled, an argument started. “Go in the forest now!” Kibum yelled, on top of his lungs, holding the cloak tighter. He pushed Taemin into the forest, Jinki followed, a few villagers hesitated but followed. They walked and walked and walked, going deeper and deeper into the forest. “We are going to die.” An old man said, crying as something cracked, a small stick under the child foot behind him. “No we will be safe.” Kibum willed them, even do he wasn’t sure himself. “How! We are wolf food soon enough!” he yelled, calling Kibum crazy. “I just know we will be safe here.” The male said as he walked one.

It turned night time as the entered the deeper part of the forest. Nobody wanted to sleep, too scared to rest. “Are we safe yet?” Taemin asked his brother, the older man could only shrugged his shoulder, holding his mother tightly in his arm. The group froze, a howl echoed through the trees, brown, black, grey, white fur jumped around them. “We are dead!” a woman cried as she held her infant closer, her husband hugging her tightly. The pack circled them slowly, some snapping their teeth. Kibum gulped, regret his decision to enter the forest. Suddenly something silver flashed by, entering from the right of him. Ice blue and blood red eyes stared at the group. Everybody held their breath as the wolf stared at them, his eyes resting on Jinki and Taemin. The younger squealed as he hid behind his brother. Suddenly, even to the surprise of the wolves, the alpha trampled, as he was searching for something. He was restless as he went around the group, ignoring the screams, he had only eye for one male. “Jonghyun!” Kibum called, coming out as he smiled brightly, tears b his eyes. The wolf barked as he ran to the human, bumping his head gently into the open arms of the male. “I missed you.” Kibum whispered as he let out the tears. The wolf huffed, away the tears, waging his tail. “Jonghyun we need your help. The village, it got attacked, we have no home and too many sick people.” The male spoke, pointing at the people who were still frozen on their spot. The wolf stared before he turned to the pack. A conversation happens that the human’s didn’t understand, but a few wolves disagree, but submitted quickly when Jonghyun bared his teeth. The alpha looked back at the group, his eyes looking at Jinki. Slowly he walked up to him, his head pushing the lady. “Hey.” Jinki called surprised, holding his mother tighter. “He wants to help, please let him help.” Kibum begged, walking closer to the silver wolf. The son hesitated before he putted the lady on the wolf’s back, keep close, being in front of the village.

The travel was hares, but they had no choice, Kibum was glad that the wolves helped them. Without them they would have stand no chance against the travel. Jonghyun never left his side, always staying close to him. The mother of Jinki and Taemin rode his back. The forest held more herbs than Kibum owned, the male was able to find a cure to help the lady. The three laughed about something a pup, which was tripping in front of them. Jonghyun duck lightly down as he took the pup between his teeth, carrying him. They had walked for a while, arriving at an open space. One of the farmers walked forward, his hand digging into the solid, claiming that the ground was perfect. The village cheered, finally able to find their new home. The humans wasted no time, already planning how to build the new houses. Kibum sighed, his hands crossed behind his back. The silver wolf nudges behind him, their eyes staring into each other. “Do you have to leave?” Kibum asked, biting his lower lip when Jonghyun nodded. “O-ok.” He whispered as he brushed his fingers through the other’s fur. “I guess then that this is a good bye.” The wolf whimpered, pushing the muzzle against the other, Kibum hugging him. “Visit some time, ok. I want your paw prints again.” Jonghyun barked, agreeing with the promise. “Kibum, what is wrong?” Taemin came to him, Jinki in tow, but with a reasonable distant. “The wolves are leaving.” Kibum explained, not expecting to see Taemin bursting in tears. “But they can’t! What about Kai?”

“Kai?” the male asked as the younger nodded. “Kai! I named one of the wolves!” on cue, a young wolf, between pup and purer, jumped beside the boy. He had earth brown fur, his eyes amber colored. The wolf whimpered, pressing against Taemin who had crouched down. “He can’t leave!” the young male said, pouting. Jinki joined the scene, his face stern, it seemed that he wanted to protest, Kibum guessed at Taemin for having a wolf. “The wolves can’t leave.” The two human’s gasped, Jinki, the one who always yelled that it was forbidden for wolves, didn’t want the wolves to leave. On cue, the black wolf and Jonghyun bet friend walked from the group, standing next to Jinki. The older male touched the back of his neck in embarrassment. “I named a wolf too, and since then he hasn’t left my side.” Jonghyun huffed, the wolves whimpered. It was silence for a long period of time, only the wind carrying the voices of the villagers broke the silence. Suddenly some wolves made a few sounds, Kibum didn’t know what to think about the sound. The alpha turned back to him, pushing his nose into the others chest. “What is happening?” Kibum asked. “Are you leaving?” the head shook. “Are you staying?” Jonghyun hummed as he nodded his head, yelping when he was suddenly hugged by the male. “But what about the villagers?” Taemin suddenly asked, he was happy that the wolves were staying, but would the rest agree. “I think they wouldn’t mind.” Jinki said as he looked back, noting that a few wolves that had left the group, where helping the humans with the work.

A few months had passed, the village grew to a decent size. The human and wolves lived in peace, having fallen in a good routine and relationship. Night had fallen, it was the new full moon of the month and the village was in a slight panic. The wolves where suffering. It started with one of the elder wolves, whimpering as the collapsed. Slowly the younger wolves showed the same symptoms. The village try their best as they bought the wolves to the middle, having lite up a big fire to warm the group. “Kibum what is going one?” Taemin asked in worry, holding Kai’s head, the growing wolf whimpering as he curled around. “I have no idea.” The male said, having tried every medicine he knew but nothing seemed to help. Jonghyun howled loudly, startling the people. The silver wolf bends in different directions before his body changed. First he became smaller, to a human size. His paws slowly changed into human like hands, the nails grew smaller. The silver fur disappeared slowly. The wolf looked human, but he had ears and a tail. Kibum gasped before he looked around, the rest of the wolves followed the mystical transformation. “Jonghyun.” Kibum whispered, his hands trembling as he touched the man, where the wolf lay just moments ago. Slowly the eyes opened, the ice blue and blood red iris staring into his chocolate brown ones. The wolf whimpered trying to sit up. He gasped when he saw his hands, losing his balance when he tried to jump away. Kibum quickly help him sit up, also shocked from this sudden transformation. “What is happening.” Jonghyun shook his head, just as confused as the human. Suddenly somebody screamed, in happiness, it was one of the elder wolves. “Finally!” the male with white hair screamed, followed by the other elder wolves.

The human’s had quickly gathered around enough clothes to dress the wolves, everybody circling the fire that still burned in the night sky. The oldest wolf stood, a stick in his hand that helped him balance, as he told an ancient story. “Years ago, the creators where hybrid, but due a curse, the body was split. Forced to be forever split, the wolves and human ended up in a war, forever doomed to never find their other half. The legend says; when a pack alpha not only finds his true name, but if his other half gives this name to him, the pack’s curse is lifted.” Everybody murmured, their eyes going to the alpha who was listing intensely. “And we have this alpha, which have gotten his true name from his other half.” The wolves looked ta their alpha, the male having been silence. Suddenly he smiled, a face splitting one as he laughed. Everybody murmured before they too laughed. The villagers where silence, but they too couldn’t help but laugh too, some even hugging the wolves. Kibum laughed, leaning into the arm of the wolf, pinking away some of tears. He looked up, staring into the blue and red eyes. His other half? It was weird to think about something like that, yet it sounded right. He looked sideways, looking at his friend who hugged the wolves they named, the black eared, Minho, blushed when Jinki kissed him. Kai’s tail was waving one way to another as he jumped into Taemin’s arm. Jinki looked at him, smiling as he nodded at him.

The day that Kibum had stepped outside of the house, hearing the strange sound in his garden,  didn’t regret it. To find the wolf, wounded and a mess, he hadn’t hesitated to take him inside, nursing him better. He was glad to have met Jonghyun, making friends with the wolf. Or maybe no something more as friends? Kibum didn’t know, but looking at Jonghyun, suddenly the idea to fall in love with the wolf, didn’t seem that wrong.
