Would you pour out the heart and feelings that you have kept bottled up into a confession? But what if that person wasn't able to respond? What if that person was dead? (Chenbaek/Baekchen angst)

Kim Jongdae hasn't lived a perfect life, but with his best friend Byun Baekhyun, it's been damn near perfect. Baekhyun is perhaps the best friend anyone, including Jongdae, could ever ask for. The kind of friend who knows exactly what you're thinking with just a quick look, the kind of friend who knows what you want to say before you even say it; the kind of friend whose bond with you is closer than family. Jongdae can't imagine being anywhere without Baekhyun there with him. In fact, he can't even remember a time when Baekhyun wasn't there beside him, laughing or making some cruddy joke.
Until now, when one day Jongdae wakes up and finds that Baekhyun is gone forever.
How can I live when half of me is already dead?
