Luhan and Sehun are twins that are also "nurses" in the SM hospital. Although they haven't been working in the hospital for a long time, the seniors awknowledge the twin's hard work, treating the Hunhan brothers well- making the others envy them.

  One day, Luhan and Sehun are assigned to Byun Baekhyun. Their first very own patitent. Untill now, they were just an assistant but, they officially became a nurse.

  Byun Baekhyun seemed like a simple patient to take care of. He doesn't have a problem in his health- cross that out- he's completely healthy so Luhan and Sehun don't know why the hospital's best doctor Kim Joonmyun is in charge of the patient. 

   Accidently overhearing their seniors gossiping, they discovered that there was more to Baekhyun than they thought.
