So now let me introduce you to our next "couple," Soojung and Jongin. 

Soojung is very different from Sohyun. 

Unlike Sohyun, Soojung is very introvert and quiet. 

Although many guys ask her out, she is not easy enough to accept them. 

She wants to protect her heart from men. She takes relationships and love very, very seriously. 

However, there was one guy who stole her heart even before she was able to protect it. 

So this is how they met. 

 

It was on the first day of 7th grade, in Orchestra class, where jongin was in too. 

Soojung was sitting with the viola section and Jongin was sitting with the cello section.

However, since the viola secition and the cello section were right next to each other,

Jongin and Soojung were only one seat apart, with a guy, named Mike, sitting in between them.

Mike, thinking Soojung was pretty, said,

"Hi....." 

"Hi" 

"Um... Whats your name?" 

Before Soojung can tell him her name, Jongin replied instead.

"Soojung." Whispered Jongin to Mike.

"What..?" asked Mike again. 

"Her name is Soojung." Whispered Jongin again. 

'How does he know my name...?' Thought Soojung. 

When the bell rang and the period was over, Soojung saw Jongin walking out of class.

She then ran to catch up to him.

"Hey!"

Then Jongin turned around and said,

"Hey"

"How did you know my name..?"

"I don't know... I just did... Maybe because you're popular..?"

"Haha no I'm not~" 

"You're pretty though"

Soojung tried to hide her smile but obviously, it was showable.

Suddenly, when a kid was running to his class, and was about to crash into Soojung,

Jongin pulled Soojung by her arm, towards him.

For a few seconds Soojung was able to hear Jongin's heartbeat with her ear on his chest. 

Then Jongin pulled her away gently and said,

"i gotta go to my next class. Nice meeting you though! haha" 

"Bye" 

"He seems like a nice guy" said Soojung to herself, smiling. 

Then she went to her next class. 

She entered the class and sat on an empty seat. 

She glanced to her left and saw Jongin sit next to her. 

"Hey, again haha" said Jongin.

"Hi" 

"What a coincidence haha" 

"Yeah" 

"Um.... Do you want to sit with me in lunch? I'll buy :)" 

"Uh.. yeah sure haha" 

"Ok then see ya in front of the cafeteria later." 

"Okay" 

After class ended, Jongin and Soojung exchanged their temporary goodbyes and went to their next classes.

This time, they were in a different class.

 

 

Soojung waited for Jongin as they promised in front of the cafeteria. 

"Soojung!!" Shouted Jongin while waving his hands from far.

Soojung gave him a simple smile.

"Let's go in." said jongin, pointing to the cafeteria.

Soojung followed him, smiling. 

When they grabbed a table, Jongin pushed Soojung back down on her chair. 

"I'll go get it." 

"Okay.." 

While Soojung was waiting for Jongin to come, she saw her friends, Sohyun and Naeun come in the cafeteria. 

They had a bit confused face and told Soojung to come with their handmotion. 

But Soojung smiled and shook her head. 

They were confused until they saw Jongin coming out of the kitchen, sitting next to Soojung. 

Sohyun and Naeun gave Soojung a glare, smiled, and grabbed their own table. 

"Here's yours." Said Jongin, handing Soojung her lunch.

"Thanks. Oh uh... I'm alergic to orange..." Said Soojung, looking at the orange juice Jongin got her. 

"Oh! Sorry.. I'll go get a different one." 

Jongin then went back into the kitchen and grabbed a chocolate milk. 

When he was about to exit the kitchen, stopped, and asked for a pen from the cashier. 

He then wrote something on the milk carton and walked back to Soojung. 

"Hey, I got you choco milk. Is that fine?"

"oh yeah, I like choco milk haha"

As Soojung was opening the milk carton, she saw a writing on it.

[123-456-7890] It was Jongin's phone number.

Soojung looked at Jongin, holding in her laugh.

"What's this? hahaha" Asked Soojung, even though she knew.

"Call me maybe...?" 

Soojung frowned because of the corny joke.

"Sorry..." said Jongin, admitting his joke was corny. 

 

Now this is the start of Jongin and Soojung's story.

Back then, Soojung didn't realize how much Jongin meant to her.

Until Jongin turned his back. 

Until Jongin revealed the real him. 

Soojung's one-way love story might be the saddest story among the other 2. 

But let's see how sad the next "couple" gets. 

 

 

Epilogue:

"Jongin" The math teacher called Jongin's name. 

"Is Jongin not here..?" Asked the teacher to the class.

"Uh.... Jongin is absent..." Told Daehyun to the teacher.

"Oh. Alrighty.... Absent on the first day okay okay.." Said the teacher to herself.

"Jongin's absent...?" Whispered Soohyun to Daehyun. 

"No... He told me he was cutting and going to another class or something.. I don't know why.." Whispered Daehyun. 

 

 

"Hey, again haha"

"Hi"

"What a coincidence haha"

"Yeah"

"Um.. Do you want to sit with me in lunch? I'll buy ;)
