It was a cold morning, people usually wear thick clothes to school or work. But not Mark, he just lazily put on his school uniform and head out to school. He seemed very weak that day, the way he talked and even walked. His parents left early for work so he decided to skip his breakfast and straight away walked to school.

He arrived at his classroom and as usual he sit at his desk while listening to him mp3. “nothing’s changed” he sighed. Minutes later, the teacher walked in and greeted them then began to start the lesson. Mark kept his head down on his desk and took a short nap.

It was break time, he went out the cafeteria and sat down on one of the tables. There, his best friend, Jihoon tap him on the shoulder. “ so how are you? Do you still miss her?”

“her..”  That word echoed into his mind. He clenched his fist and held it up to his heart. “it hurts”

School was over,Mark went back home to rest for a while. It was 5 in the evening, he took his guitar and head out to the park. He sat down on a bench and began to strum his guitar. He could see lovey dovey couple there. It reminded him about the past.

“it really hurts”

“why did you leave me?”

He let out a deep sigh and went back home. He lay on his bed and looked up at the ceiling.

“could I be happy again?”
