You were in Korea for 2 weeks, accompanying your father who was on a business trip. Thank god for the coincidence of your school holidays falling on the same date as your father’s trip. It was your 3rd day in Seoul and your father was working in the building in Gangnam. You, being alone in the city, was only allowed to hang around that area, so you could meet up with your dad easily. However, it is Gangnam, so hanging around there to you, is satisfying enough. It was 4pm and your father gets off work in an hour. You honestly had no idea what to do, you have gone to the shops and didn’t buy anything cause it was too pricey so you just ended up spending your time in Gangnam walking around window shopping. But you did see a Juice shop and you decided to get a drink. You walked out of the shop and you went to the edge of the street cause you wanted to cross the road.

             As you were about to cross, suddenly, you felt your phone vibrate. You stopped and took it out with your left hand whereas your right hand was occupied with the smoothie. As you took your phone, out, suddenly, you felt a force push your drink off your hands. You screamed in shock and you saw a man on a motorcycle who had already dashed off into the distance. Probably was a snatch thief trying to get your phone, but only managed to knock your drink instead. You stared at the ground and saw that your drink had spilled. You picked up the cup and dumped it in the trash nearby. You went back to the boost shop cause you barely made it halfway of the drink and you really wanted it. When you were walking back to the shop, you felt like there was someone tailing you, but you thought it was your imagination.

              When you got to the juice shop,  the cashier greeted you “ Oh, back so soon? Don’t tell me you’ve finished it already!” “ No, some guy knocked it off my hands and it spilled, barely made it halfway!” you replied. “Oh dear, what bad luck, well I would give you a complimentary drink but I don’t wanna lose my job, cause even pretty girls can lie” he said accompanied with a wink. “ Haha, its fine. I’ll pay. just give me the same drink” you said giggling. As you were going through your purse to get the money, you heard someone say “Its okay, I’ll pay for her”. You looked up and you couldnt believe who was in front of your eyes. It was Kim Hanbin and he was offering to pay for your drink! “Oh wow.” you said. He looked at you and you said “ You dont have to! Why should you?” “ I saw what happened, its okay, i’ll pay! He replied then handed the money to the cashier. You waited for your drink with Hanbin and you asked him just to confirm you werent dreaming. “Are you Kim Hanbin of Team B? Or am I imagining things?” “Oh, dont worry, you’re not crazy, its me. Rapper B.I Imnidaa” he replied. You both laughed and you got your drink. You thanked him for the drink and he winked at you.

              Then, you both went out of the shop and started talking. “ So, it seems that you know me, you must be a fan?” he asked and you nodded. “I’m a big fan of Team B, I bought the tshirt and everything!” you said. “Oh, I don’t think you were at the final battle, or else I would’ve remembered you.” He commented. You smiled and replied “ No, I wasnt. I was back at home at the time, of course I couldnt come to Korea, I watched the live stream though!” “Oh, did you vote for us?” he asked. “Of course i did! I created 10 Daum accounts to vote for you guys!” You said. “Thank you. Too bad we lost. Sorry your pretty fingers voted for nothing..” he replied then made a sad face. “Hey, don’t be sad. You guys should’ve won in my opinion. But, whats in the past, stays in the past right? One day, you all will get your debut. Just believe.” you consoled him. “Thanks.” he replied. Suddenly, you felt his arms wrapped around your body and his head next yours. The warmth from his body hitting yours, it was the best hug you’ve ever had. You froze, cause you were surprise,almost dropping your drink, but you recovered and responded to his gesture. “Sorry, I just felt like hugging you. Your words really meant a lot to me.” he said. “ Oh, its alright. I understand” you said with your cheeks all red. “You know what, I’m gonna introduce you to the boys.” Hanbin asked. “WHAT? THE BOYS? ARE YOU SERIOUS?” you answered in disbelief. “Yeah, meet me here again at this time tomorrow and I’ll bring them to meet you.” he offered. “Hanbin, you really don’t have to...you guys should be practicing.” you said. “No, we’ve practiced for too long. Too many all nighters, we need a day out. You deserve to meet us, all of us. Most of the fans in Korea have, so, why not you?” he insisted. “Okay.” You replied, feeling nervous already. Hanbin smirked, probably cause he realised how you changed from a cool confident girl to a nervous wreck. “Then, I’ll see you tomorrow” he said and he walked off.

                You stood there at the roadside, the place where Hanbin left you, waiting for your dad, still sipping your drink that Hanbin bought for you. Suddenly, you heard someone scream “ HEYY!” You turned, and it was Hanbin again. “ Hey, how foolish of me, I forgot to ask for your name!” “Oh, its (yn)” you replied. “Wow, nice name. How old are you?” “16” you answered. “ Ahh, cool, you’re younger. Call me Oppa okay? See you tomorrow dongsaeng!” He said laughing. After that, you saw him walk away and you just couldn’t believe your luck. You met the guy you have been obsessed about for a year, and there he was telling you to call him Oppa and you’re meeting the rest of Team B the next day! You stood there wondering, what had you done in your past life, to have deserved this.
