You Make Me Feel (Writing Competition) [Entries are closed]
Description
To writers new and experienced I am going to pose you a challenge. Instead of writing about a particular pair, using a particular prompt or group how about writing about something that will do one thing.
Make me feel your story.
I want a story that will compel my emotions to rise forth in a gushing of cheekbones, a shedding of waterfalls or a sense that I may have never experienced before.
So it is pretty simple, pick one of the 3 themes given in the mood section. Submit to me your entry. Stay tuned for me to judge your entry along with two other people with the results.
There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner as well as a story I will consider rather 'worth reading.'
At the moment I have no idea of what sort of prize to give for the 1st, 2nd or 3rd but since I have money I can probably purchase 1 kpop CD of choice for 1st place and 500 karma. 2nd place can have something with their fandom plus 250 and 3rd with a poster for their fic (provided by KoreanLover3000 at STARZ~LAYOUTS AND GRAPHICS & TRAILERS SHOP and 100 karma.
Foreword
The deadline for entering has come and been so if you were keen to enter but couldn't I do apologise. Maybe I'll do another competition soon.

Now for some rules.
1. Plagarising or copying others works is not tolerated.
2. Entrants must have their stories finished by the deadline but there may be an extension depending on how busy I am or if I am strained for time. Otherwise your entry will stay in the list but not qualify for judging.
3. The winners will receive a personal message shortly after judging requesting their email, real name and address. These must be valid with a post code.
4. I will read stuff that has but a story with nothing but I will not accept. As much as I prefer to not read , slash or yuri however depending on how heavily its written I may let it slide.
5. The entries can be of any genre (except for the ty kind) but must focus on at least one of 3 themes. These are ranked ascending based on difficulty, happy - easy, sad - medium, ambivalent - hard
1. Happy- I finish the story feeling a sense of glee. 2. Sad- I have to be crying my eyes out when I'm finished. 3. Ambivalent- My feelings are all over the place. 6. Minimum number of chapters is 1 and maximum is 30. It has to be completed by the due date! 7. I will be searching for judges. If you are keen to then just send me a PM or a link to a blog post showing your experience in writing and any particular strength you could bring to my team whether its helping with the prizes or good with grammar. 8. I'll be updating the entries page once a month on the 20th of each month (except for October) so if I have managed to forget your entry don't panic. Just calmly tell me and I'll add you to the list. 9. There are no official prompts such as people to include or songs to base it off. but you can use your own if you think it will help your story. 10. You don't have to use kpop stars in your story but it would make things less tricky for me if you kept it to that or Korean actors at least. 11. Only one story per entry. 12. Finally, thank you to everyone who is participating and enjoy! I wish you the best in writing your moving tale! A massive thank you to Gabonghyunie at Graphics. Do have a look at her works and request a poster or two ok?
