You are a girl in your 3rd year of high school. You lost the memory of your past. You can only remember up to your 1st year in high school. Because of your weak body, you spend most of your time at the hospital. No one comes to visit; you don't have any friends at school. You only have MyungSoo and INFINITE around you. You always dream of going out to the "outside world," the world outside of the hospital.

Things change when your favorite group, SHINee comes to your hospital for a visit.

•Lee JinGi (Onew): age 22, leader of SHINee; Sweet, kind, and relaxing. Cares for s as well as others

•Kim JongHyun: age 21, main vocal of SHINee; Playful, noisy, and happy. Always on the move to do something.

•Kim KiBum (Key): age20, vocal of SHINee; Realistic, honest, and emotional. Acts like a mother, but is afraid of many things.

•Choi MinHo: age 20, main rapper of SHINee; Determined, hardworking, and smart. Watches out for s, and loves soccer.

•Lee TaeMin: age 18, maknae of SHINee; Childish, loving, and cheerful. Smiles a lot and uses his aegyo when asking for something.

•Kim MyungSoo (L): age 19, member of INFINITE, your best friend. Quiet, hardworking, and caring. Seems cold, but kind on the inside.

•INFINITE: MyungSoo's group; friends through MyungSoo; all are fun and caring.
