Byun Baekhyun needed books like he needed air. He never skipped his daily trip to Border's. Never. He loved Border's; the way it always smelled like warm cookies and coffee, the scent of books, the laughter of children and adults all the same, the employees. It was pure happiness inside a Border's store. After school, Baekhyun would go to the book store and do his homework there, and read there. Then he would buy a book. He bought one book every day from Border's. 

One day, Baekhyun goes to visit Border's on a Saturday (which is unusual since he only goes on weekdays because he reads the books that he bought on weekends) to buy a new book. It was a gift for his grandmother. She was dying and he wanted to read her books every day and night. While visiting, he sees a new employee at Border's with short black hair and ears that stuck out, but were very cute, working at the Starbucks in Border's. He orders one hot coacoa since he doesn't really favor the taste of coffee, but more of the scent, and glances at the employee's name tag. It read: Park Chanyeol.

A/N: This is a story that I was thinking of during class as my teacher was talking about Border's. Everyone loves Border's because it's basically pure happiness in there. I was really sad when they went bankrupt and closed because every Saturday, my babysitter and I would take the bus to Border's and buy one book. Also, I will be making Baekhyun one year younger than Chanyeol! Please enjoy my story ^__^
