author: reader don't get me wrong but I DO have a sprain and I had to stay home cuz i fell down the stairs at first it was just a sprain but it started to swollen so it really hurts :( so i advice you guys to be careful! especially on stairs don't run! and if you DO have a sprain don't run or walk to much cuz it will get swollen ok! i don't want any of my readers to get hurt
