Seungri High was a prestigious school that was founded in 1995. Everyone desired to go, but, only the selected could enter the school.

 How can you get selected? That was the question that everybody asked. Did you have to be rich, famous, smart, or athletic? No one knew the answer, no one could think of an answer, but in the 2000's they discovered what was needed to be selected. 

 It was super powers.

 Because they found out, Seungri High's popularity dropped. The students were considered as monsters by society. They mistreated people who had powers and sent them to Seungri High. Seungri High became like a prison for people who were shunned by society.

 In 2008, the president of Korea, established a relationship between the humans and the "monsters". When the humans have a problem they can't solve themselves, they will put up a request notice on the wall of Seungri High's site. The "monsters" will help the citizens with their problems and in turn, they will give money as a reward.

 Ever since this relationship was created, people have learned that the "monsters" weren't actually all that bad and learned to accept them, but, not everyone was that understanding.
