The title means 'The new life' (adapted from a text by Dante Alighieri).
The story is about Jung Krystal's rocky transition from her life in the states to the less-laid back lifestyle in South Korea. Her older sister Jessica has settled in on her new job and their parents expect her to do the same, but college life is not so easy. She has a huge crush on the college's heart throb Choi Minho who is on the basketball team. However she has tough competitions which include the y Suzy and the doll-like Ji yeon. And to make matters worse, she keeps getting into messes with Min ho's quiet, mysterious friend Myungsoo from the music department. How does she entangle herself from this guy, get rid of the other girls so she can date Min ho instead?
