The R4 namely; Ryu, Ryo, Rei-Rei and Ren-Ren. The school’s popular group, they are actually well known in Japan, Morimoto, by their company which they will inherit after a few years in time. And the Yamada, who owns the most exclusive companies in the world, two of the wealthiest family in the world. Girls and boys squeals their name, begging them to recognize them, but still, something was missing, something was missing in their part, a missing piece in their heart. What will actually happen if somehow, they found their matches, they have found what they have looking for, and they have felt the feeling of being in love? This is one Twin Love Trouble.

“This may sound weird but I have a feeling that someone might interfere,” Ren said without hesitations, her voice was worried over a problem she doesn’t even have a clue on what is it all about.

“Interfere with what Ren?” Ryutaro asked, with a slight concern in his tone of voice, what could possibly go wrong? They had the life which everyone dreams of, they live their life in wealth, being popular, being with each other,

“I don’t know, I guess I was just thinking too much” Ren replied,

Ryutaro shrugged her hair which turned into a mess, Ren playfully punched Ryu’s arm,

“The twins are being playful today” Ryosuke said, Rei was standing by his side, waving.

“Nah, I was just acting cute” The two twins laughed,
The bell rang and they immediately went to their room,
They saw a bunch of students heading their way, another day, tons of stupid letters, and nothing extravagant, nothing different, nothing to take a serious thought.

“AHHHHH~!!” Girls squeal,

“Rei, Ren, be ours!” Boys scream,

They didn’t bother to look, not to listen on what they say, they kept on walking, until something caught their eyes, something different, something to waste time on.

A twin is generally defined as offspring produced in the same pregnancy and/or born at the same birth process, although people with unusually high genetically similar, also may be called twins although they may not be born at the same time (possibly by Caesarean section or surrogacy), such as with monozygotic (MZ, colloquially "identical") twins. Offspring that are not genetically identical but are born at the same time are called dizygotic (DZ, colloquially "fraternal" or "non-identical") twins.

Reiko and Ryosuke Yamada—Dizygotic twins, rules their school with their best friends, Ryutaro and Ren, wealthy, their parents are not that kind of normal. To be in fact, they are dedicated to their work, so they always leave Ryo and Rei alone.

Reiko, the stubborn, cold and rude girl who is actually the center of attention along with her best friend Ren, they are the most popular girls on their school, but even so, they hate the fact that every morning, they have to throw every single letter that their fan boys are giving them, just like the celebrities are having. She likes photography, everything in her mind is rotating, rotating in the lens of her camera, she hates boys and the feeling of being in love, and because she knew that every boy is the same and will just break every girl’s heart. Reiko has big light brown eyes which matches her pale skin color, her hair is long, black and wavy. She has a perfectly built body, not to slim and not to fatty either.

Ryosuke on the other hand, is a caring brother and a friend to his friends. Thinks about them first before himself, but just like Rei, he doesn’t like being in the crowd and accepting all the fan letters that the girls are giving him, he likes being with his friends. And just like Rei, he likes photography too; it has been their hobby since they were just ten years of age. Ryosuke has a light brown colored eye like her sister, but his eyes are more hooded than hers. His hair is dark brown which he inherits from his dad; it is shoulder length, not too long for a boy in his age, tallest among the four.

Ryutaro and Serenity Morimoto—the other dizygotic twins who love to have fun, just like the Yamada’s they could be as arrogant as them, stubborn as hell, be frank if they need to, and being themselves are the most important. Just like the Yamada’s, the Morimoto twins are just wealthy as they are, their parents are Yamada’s business partners, so basically, they intend to be with the Yamada’s all the time.

Ryutaro is protective and matured for his age sometimes very cold and frank. When he hates you he says it without hesitation. He doesn’t like any boys to come courting her twin since the two grew close. He doesn’t trust much people except his sister and his friends, Ryosuke and Reiko since they grew up in a crazy world. He doesn't like others calling his twin sister by her nickname other than their friends. His nickname is Ryu. Ryutaro has silky black hair just like Ryosuke, shoulder length. He has broad shoulders, nice legs and nice muscular body. His eyes is hooded up like most Japanese guys have, his skin is pale white, which matches his sister’s

Serenity on the other hand is quiet, just like her best friend Rei, she doesn’t say a word to anybody she doesn’t like, just to the most important persons in her life, namely; Rei, Ryu and Ryo. She intend to be sweet and caring if she’s with them, Mostly she’s always seen with a teddy bear use to communicate with strangers (like a puppet) she only talks directly to the people whom she trust most like her brother and friends. She doesn’t trust anyone who is new to her vivid eyes, new to her surroundings, you’ll be lucky enough if you see her talking to you.. Ren on the other hand, has puffy brown eyes, long dark brown hair which is straight; she has a body which is perfect like Rei’s, pale white skin, she’s the smallest among the four.
Different personalities, different bloodline, but what matters the most is, they’re living with their half’s, or twins to be in fact, so what could possible go wrong?
