There are days when Jongdae truly pities the younger man. He watches Qiuyue's Mr. Dimple Smile pace around the room, intentionally wearing a hole into the carpet. Jongdae doesn't mind. He never liked the design anyways

"All you have to do is ask her" Jongdae tells Yixing. "It's not that easy!" Yixing exclaims. "What's so difficult about going up to Qiuyue and saying 'Hi! I am performing at the department's spring concert. Do you want to attend?'" Jongdae asks exasperatedly. Yixing opens his mouth to answer but closes it just as quick and whines about it being hard.

"Let him be Jongdae, Yixing's feeling shy" Sunny laughs. "I am not" Yixing as indignantly. "Right..." she draws out, looking at him knowingly. On cue, Jongdae starts humming Kiss The Girl. Sunny joins in.

Yixing judges them for knowing this song.

The idea is not bad, his mind pipes up. Yixing flounders a little at his own thoughts. But he is most definitely not shy.
