WTF IS THAT?!
MVP – short for Music Video Plot. It’s a guideline to making a Music Video for a song. SHOULD BE READ WHILE LISTENING TO A SPECIFIC SONG. It doesn’t contain many details because the reader must be able to read a certain passage in a specific amount of time. It’s a good opportunity for the reader to have a plot, but be creative in his/her own way.
INSTRUCTIONS
The best way to understand and fully enjoy MVP's are following these guidelines:
- Read the story, WITHOUT music. Read it at your own pace, and try to imagine the story as you read.
- Listen to the song, at least to the chorus. Get the groove of the melody, and try to make sense of the short lyrics. (The lyrics are related to the story, so try conecting the drama to the music)
- Read the story WITH music. Follow the times written across the story. Times and lyrics written in italic are NOT part of the story. They are just guidelines to let you know what you should read/imagine in between what time lapses.
Remember! This is only a recommendation. If you’re a fast reader and a quick thinker, I’m sure you can hear the music and read at the same time the first try.
The Shadow Games:
"These Rays of Sun" is a sort of Remake to my story "The Shadow Games" (the main story). Seeing how this song went so well with the main story, I decided to make an MVP out of it. This MVP will give you an idea of what the main story is about, BUT it differs in some mayor points. Consider it a spin-off!
