Jamie Kwon(you)

-born in August 25th, 1996(17 years old)
-she might be cold and shy when you first meet her, but when you get to know her, OH LORD NO
-sweet-hearted, caring, smart and bright, but sometimes drips with sarcasm, but not for a hurful comment
-is Korean and was born there, but lived in Canada for almost her entire life
-speaks fluent Korean, thanks to her parents, and obviously English
-everyone thinks she's gorgeous(with or without glasses) but she thinks otherwise- "stop wasting your time on judging my face and go find a good book to read."
-loves playing piano and singing(has a beautiful voice to perfectly match her outside), but no one knows
-does not know ANYTHING about idols, but hates the fact that kids her age have to go work on stage full-time for the rest of their lives to earn money and be 'loved' by their fans

Chanyeol Park

-Born in November 27th, 1992
-Rapper and 'voice' of the all-famous Korean boy group EXO
-Likes to play guitar and sing and rap to it
-Wants to secretly date, even though he's an idol
-His best friend is Kai

Mackenzie Kim

-Born in December 7th, 1996
-Jamie's best friend since kindergarten
-Not the smartest person in the world, but does well at school
-Is more than halfway-obsessed with kpop and idols
-Also was born in Korea, but moved to Canada
-She's one of those girly girls
-Sassy and strong on the outside, but tender and soft on the inside
-Has a boyfriend(David Oh)

EXO

(Minus Shindong)

-Famous Korean boy band from SM
-Consists of 12 members
-All are outgoing and fun to be around
-Kicks each other's shins in their dorms
-Extremely close to each other-they're like brothers

Jamie comes to visit Korea, her birthplace, for an year with her best-friend-since-kindergarten, Mackenzie.

How she got to stay in a foreign country without her parents or any other adults?
She had asked her parents for a graduating present, and her parents had gladly accepted, thinking that if their daughter stayed in Korea for a while, she'll have lots of fun with her friend, experience the life in Korea, go to a decent university, and maybe, just maybe, find a boyfriend.

Fat chance, Jamie snorts.
She absoulutely hates boys, although some have asked her out, back in highschool. Of course, she had dejected every one of them. Not because she was the queen of the school, but because she wanted to live a teenage girl's life to the fullest with her friends.

But deep, deep inside her, she quietly wishes to find that perfect man, who will love her, not her outside but her heart and for who she is.

What if... She bumps into that person?

And what if... He's one of those people who earn money by singing in tv, the kind she hates?

But... What if he falls for her?

Will she let him in her heart, or push him away?

Will she understand her true feelings, or ignore them?


 

Chanyeol's part of the famous group, EXO.
He has millions of fans all over the world, and has tv recordings, interviews, and radio shows every day.
Everyone thinks his life is perfect, with all the fame and love.
He does too, but deep inside, he wants something he has never had before.

A girlfriend.
A steady girlfriend who woul love him for who he is in the inside, not for him as an idol.
But he thinks it's imposible.
What if others found out? What if he started dating, and a scandal came out?

He couldn't risk it. Not for his future girlfriend. Besides, he had never felt drawn to a single girl before. He had never felt love.

But what if... He finds the girl?
Wht if the girl isn't perfect, but he's drawn to her?
What if she doesn't know who he is?

Would that mean a fresh start for love, or complete ignorance?
