Yo G! Have you heard about it yet? Raising his left eyebrow as he read Bae’s message, he replied a simple no, before asking what it referred to. His phone rang again before he could even put his phone down.

Heard that the girls were asked which Big Bang members would they choose to marry to. And… :) He didn’t have the time to let his brother leave him hanging just like that. He dialed his number and waited impatiently for Bae to pick up his phone. That guy really knows how to annoy me.

“Hey bro”

“What did Bom say? Who will she marry?” Without bothering to greet his brother back, Jiyong launched the burning question straight at Youngbae. He knew he would get teased for being so anxious over this, but he couldn’t be bothered about that. He need the answer.

“Well…” Youngbae started, speaking in a slow pace to annoy his best buddy. “Bom noona said that… Are you ready?”

“YA! Just tell me already!” Jiyong could hear a roar of laughter across the line and he knew his best buddy was having fun teasing him.

“She said TOP goon, and GD goon.”

“She said TWO names?” He spitted. Jealously was burning inside him. The thought of him being ranked at the same position as TOP hyung make him uncomfortable and insecure. And she said TOP’s name first. What does that even mean?

“Yeah. Dara noona chose TOP hyung. Bom noona chose TOP hyung and you. Minzy chose TOP hyung.”

“Uh huh,” Jiyong was still trying to put everything together. “Wait, you mentioned three of them only. What about Chae?”

“Uhm.. she said Taeyang oppa” Youngbae stuttered a little before saying his name out in embarrassment and awkwardness.  “Ah this is awkward. Got to go G, text you later!” Jiyong was about the reply when he heard the line being cut off. Aish this boy. About time he do something.

“TOP goon… And GD goon.” He sighed. Things between him and Bom were starting to look better as compared to the previous few months, and he wasn’t going to do anymore stupid things at the risk of ruining everything all over again. But am I really at the same rank as TOP hyung now?

A few weeks ago, she had posted on instagram saying that TOP is her love. Even though he had heard Chae explaining to Youngbae that it was just a joke between the Park sisters and Minzy, he couldn’t help but feel that he no longer hold a significant spot in her heart.

His fears were officially confirmed. Sighing, he leaned back on a chair and decided to search youtube and hear her answer himself. He didn't have the patience to watch the whole video, which was close to forty minutes. Jiyong played the video at random intervals, hoping to find the part where the girls were being asked that certain question.

After a long two minutes of trial and error, he finally found the segment he was looking for.

“Which Big Bang member would you marry?”

 

The camera focused on her when the question was being thrown at them and he saw her pout a little before a small smile formed on her lips. The camera focused on Dara as she said TOP’s name, indicating that she’s a fan of him.

 

“What about you?” It was her turn to give her answer. Smiling, Bom told everyone that she chooses two of the members.

 

“Two for me. TOP goon, and GD goon.”

He replayed that few seconds again and again for at least five times. And his heart fluttered a little more each time with each playback. He couldn’t help but smile when he noticed how her eyes seem to light up when she said his name. And those crescent moon eyes after that. They were just for him…

“YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!” He punched the air in happiness as his phone slid down from his hand in his excitement. Smiling at his little discovery, Jiyong couldn’t help but smile at the photo on his locked screen. He felt a little more confident that his place wasn’t shaken as badly as how he had imagined.

There’s still some chance for me. And I’m not gonna let go.
