D.O AND Park Sungeum are not fated to be together.

Sungeum have a disease with is 'Leukimia'.

Her white blood more than the red one. It is increasing.

From 20 to 30. 

D.O never know that Sungeum is having 'Leukimia'.

Even if he know it. He would take Sungeum to hospital.

But one day,when D.O and Sungeum was eating out at a restaurant,

Sungeum's nose suddenly bleeding and then she faint.

D.O took her to hospital and the doctor says......
