• It is completed!
• It has a sequel(not completed and doesn't update as often as I want)
• It has great plot behind it
• The description and the way it is written has people on the edge of theirs seats (or beds if you choose to read this is one night) 

Cons:

• If you hate multiple lovers, then this is a no
• It is angst which means it is not going to end so fluffy
