"I love you"

is what you heard on the phone. Those three meaningfull words were flushing through your mind right now. You looked at your phone's screen. According to it, you were talking to Kang Minhyuk. Well, you had to make sure. You looked at the boy. He hang up some time ago and now was looking at you with undisguised anticipation. Anticipation of the answer. You were dumbfounded. What has this guy that in one moment you were totally happy and in another very anxcious? And that's because of him!

After all this years of your friendship, you hadn't have thought that something like that could possibly come out. But... Why? Why now? In this minute, this moment?...

You realized that Minyuk is still waiting for your answer. Any answer. And that's the problem because you hadn't got the foggiest idea what to tell him. On the one hand you were really happy about the confession 'cause you were a little jealous. On the other hand you were afraid that a new relationship will ruin everything that you worked for the past 17 years. You knew that you have some feelings for him but you didn't want to admit that. You knew also that the thing you were to say to him might be a little irresponsible:

"You have a week."

"What? A week for what?" Minhyuk didn't understand what you had in your mind. Nothing strange. Your statement sounded like some kind of secret code only you knew.

"To prove that you actually love me, not just being captivated by me. I don't want to ruin our friendship for nothing." You explained. You recognised a little, transitory shine in his eyes.

"Understood." He looked like he was thinking really hard. "Let's meet tomorrow at 2 pm. The same place as today."

"O-okay." The charisma which he emanated made you shy. "I'll better go now... You should go too. You have a whole week to plan." You grinned.

You said your goodbyes and splited up.

After coming home you threw your bag in the corner and lied on the bed. Your thoughts were focused only on Minhyuk till the end of the day. You wondered about what's he doing, what's he thinking. Is he thinking about you? And more importantly, what will you two be doing tomorrow?
