Yuri was so absorbed in processing the name as she stared on that she didn’t realize the girl has lifted her head and was looking at her through the mirror as well.

“Uh, excuse me?” She sounded annoyed. She looked rather annoyed too.

          However that didn’t snapped Yuri back to reality.

“Yah. Excuse me..!” This time was slightly louder than before.

          It successfully brought Yuri back, though. She looked up to the girl. “H-huh?”

“What do you mean ‘h-huh’? You’re the one who was staring at me weirdly.” She turned towards Yuri to look at her directly – she had her arms folded under her chest as she shot a cold gaze into Yuri’s eyes. They made eye-contact.

          Yuri gulped – at the same time feeling a gush of chilly air passed through her.

“Why were you staring at me like that?”

          Instead of answering the girl’s question, Yuri once again glanced over to the girl’s nametag. She wanted to make sure of it.

‘It does read Jeshika.. Could she really be..?’ Yuri drifted her gaze to brunette’s face then her eyes; still not answering the question. Her action just made the girl a bit more irritated.

“Hey can I ask you a question?” Yuri asked instead of giving an answer.

“What?? I asked YOU a question first, but you didn’t-”

“Just..let me ask you question right now. Please..?” Yuri tried asking nicely.

“No.” The cold stare just became icier now.

“Come on. Please...?” Yuri somehow had the courage to keep looking into those eyes.

          Looking at how Yuri has the guts to still carrying on, she gave her a chance. But this girl was never an easy one – so it’s rather unbelievable that she’s letting someone to talk to her like this.

“Fine. But you still have to answer my question later.”

“Okay.” Yuri gave a nod, and took a deep breath. “Uh..um..I know this may sound weird and out of a sudden. But just listen out and I want you to answer me honestly.” She started out gently.

“Just get to the point.” The girl kept her attitude, but didn’t startle Yuri one bit.

“Do you perhaps have been to the county before? When you were little? Like 5 year old..” Yuri was just being careful.

“Yeah, why?” The girl felt Yuri’s questions were quite odd. Yuri was ready to ask the real thing now.

“Are you perhaps-“

TRIIIIIINNGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!! The school bells just rang.

“Time’s up. Bye~” The girl walked out of the washroom, leaving Yuri hanging.

          It took her a few seconds to realize that she was left alone and the bells just rang. “Ah the bells just rang!” And she rushed out the door. But then she realized one more thing…

“Bag, bag, bag, I forgot my bag..!” She went back to get it.  She kept thinking about the girl and why did she feels like she knew her, as she made her way to class.

‘Hmm… I know a lot of people could have the same name..but that girl just now.. It felt different.’ Her mind was busy, but didn’t forget to check the notice board.

‘My name…my name…where are you~?’ Her index finger and eyes moved in unison as they searched for ‘Kwon Yuri’.

“Ah, here it is! Kwon Yuri~ And my partner is..” The finger and eyes glided their way to the right. “..Jung Jeshika..?” One of her eyebrow rose. “Oh well..” She lightly shrugged her shoulders and entered the classroom on the right.

After the first two periods…

          It was English class and the teacher was Ricky Kim. He was a voluntary teacher. He’s 24 and a Korean-American born. He started off the class by introducing himself; in both Korean and English. The students were captivated by his good-looks and his ability of speaking multilingual. Then the students introduced their name, as the teacher requested.

“Since today is our first class, I’ll let you guys decide on what are we going to do today. The suggestions must be doable, though. Ridiculousness is unacceptable. Okay?”
