Surprises Can Come in Small Packages
Description
What would you do if one day a box was delivered to your door , addressed to you with no return address, and inside you found the miniature chibi versions of Exo-K and Exo-M?
This is the story of a girl that experienced just that: the misadventures of mini-Exo.
Foreword
I used scissors to carefully cut apart the clear tape that was holding the flaps of the box together. Inside was a sea of blue and white styrofoam peanuts. What could possibly be inside? I reached inside and picked up a tiny figure that was hidden by the peanuts. It looked like an adorable doll. A smile found its way onto my face. Someone put a lot of work into the detail of the doll. Hell, it almost life like. Really life-like. It seemed real enough that it was breathing. Wait--what the... Its eyes are opening? My own eyes widened as a little squeak emitted from the mini-human.
"You're squeezing me too tight woman!"
I screamed and dropped him—at least, I think it was a boy with rainbow colored hair—back into box. The packing peanuts flew up into the air and engulfed the now talking doll and he disappeared completely. However, it didn't take him long to resurface, along with a few friends. There has to be twelve living dolls in the box! All of their hair stood up from static electricity caused by the styrofoam and the one with panda eyes had a peanut sticking to his black hair. Finally, one waded through the stryofoam to perch himself on the cardboard box edge, looking like he was just a little bit more responsible than the rest. The miniature man kindly smiled at me. Maybe he actually had an idea of what was going on.
"Hello, I am Joonmyeon but you can call me Suho and together, we are Exo!" He motioned to the rest of them who all chorused him in the last three words.
My jaw had dropped open in shock as I stared down at the box full of talking miniature, cute-as-could-be Asians. For once in my life, I was completely speechless.
