TWO WEEKS

A man named Kim Myungsoo lives his life meaninglessly. He is falsely accused of murder. The man learns that he has a young daughter stricken with leukemia. For the next two weeks, he struggles to save his daughter.

8 years ago, Kim Myungsoo and Son Naeun were involved in a romantic relationship. At the time, Myungsoo was a member of a crime gang and worked for crime boss Moon Il-Seok. One day, Moon Il-Seok ordered Kim Myungsoo to take the wrap for a murder charge that Moon Il-Seok committed. If Myungsoo refuses, Moon Il-Seok threatens to kill his girlfriend Naeun, who is pregnant at the time. Kim Myungsoo agrees to take the fall and goes to prison. Naeun has no idea why Myungsoo changed.

Now, Myungsoo is still a gang member and works under Moon Il-Seok, but he's looked down upon by the other guys. Myungsoo also works at a pawn shop run by his gang. One day, Myungsoo is about to hit another guy there, but stops when he sees a woman through the window. The woman is his ex-girlfriend Naeun.

They sit together in a coffee shop. Naeun then asks Myungsoo to take a blood test. Myungsoo is confused by her request, but learns that she has an 8-year-old daughter named Soo-Jin. Her daughter also has leukemia and desperately needs a bone-marrow transplant. Myungsoo also realizes that when he took Naeun to the abortion clinic 8 years ago, she did not go through with the abortion and that Soo-Jin is his daughter. Naeun lets Myungsoo know that she has no interest in restarting a relationship with him and that her fiancé Lee taemin is a detective.

After going to the hospital for the blood test, Myungsoo learns that his bone-marrow is a match and he can go ahead with the transplant operation in 2 weeks. But, Myungsoo goes to see someone and when he wakes up he is arrested by two detectives for her murder. He now have 2 weeks, to help his daugther.

8 years old child, daughter of Myungsoo and Naeun. Because of her leukemia relapse, transplanting bone marrow is the only last hope. She has the character of her mother, bright and positive and inherited her father's traits of the love of all sorts of sports; a veru cute child. She thinks very maturely, unlike kids of her age. She saw the photo of Myungsoo, In Hye tore off accidentally, and look at it time and again, and hence, was able to recognise Myungsoo as her father immediately in the hospital.

Yun Bo Mi

Classmate of Taemin when they were youngs. Childhood's friend of Taemin. Soo Jiin's doctor-in-charge.

Kim Sunggyu 

Myungsoo's best friend, the only one that Myungsoo considered him as his "family" after Naeun.
